First, let me say I don't work for this company, I
just have to brag about this item.
A few days ago, hubby and my father were using a
trial version of a nifty little knife sharpener in a coffee house.
It boldly advertised "Try it before you buy it."
It is called the Accusharp. The guys fell in LOVE and didn't stop
bragging about how great this thing is for sharpening knives.
It is a small hand held thing. You simply pass it over the blade.
The first time, you feel a snag. The second pass and it is smoother.
By the third pass, hubby's knife was razor sharp, and it was completely
dull prior to using the sample tool.
A quick visit to http://www.accusharp.com and you will
find a little zip code box at the top right of the website.
Enter your local zip or a town near you where you shop
and it will return all the businesses that carry this nifty thing.
The blades last from five to ten years. It runs from $7.95
and up, depending on the markup the store adds. You
can also find them on Ebay, but remember, most of the
sites on the website have them for around eight dollars.
Don't pay too much for them.
It is not just for knives. You can sharpen law mower blades,
scissors, kitchen knives, gardening tools and so much more.
Ladies, unless you husband has a handle (literally) on the
knife sharpening in your house, he likely has never used
anything so easy that works so well.
Just think. You can pick up any knife out of the drawer
(assuming you have knives like ours, ha ha!) and with
a few runs across this tool, your knives will be super sharp.
Think tomatoes! Think deviled eggs! Think cut your darned
finger off sharp!
Go on. You know you want one. Be sure to catch what Ted
Nugent said about it:
"This is the best *$@#% knife sharpener on the market. Put
THAT on your website."
