Is it ok to post a photo in a thread that came from a web-site if it is clearly noted that it came from another source and what the source is? (I wanted to do this in one case because the particular source site was moving very slowly and posting a link might cause people to go crazy waiting for it to come up.) Anyway, just want to be sure?

If the photo belongs to someone else, it's always best to get their permission first.
