gray-white-gray-white-gray-white.....

I like it! When did that start? I noticed it when I previewed a post. Thanks, dave. :)

I noticed that too! I wondering if I just hadn't noticed it before or that the gray got darker because it was really noticeable this morning.

The grey and white of the posts? As far as I can remember it's always been that way. ;o)

West Pottsgrove, PA(Zone 6b)

Mine changed back to blue, I liked the grey better. Not sure of the color though, I remember it looked better a day ago or so, just noticed it for a while. ?

Wow am I embarrassed. I'm reading your post kooger and thinking ..what is she talking about, and all the sudden the gray and white jump out at me. How long HAS it been that way!?. I never noticed it before, my eyes must be going bad (shaking head).

It is nice.

blue here....

It's always been grey-white (like a ledger sheet) since the very first day of DG. A couple days ago I started experimenting with light-grey-dark-grey to see what kind of feedback I'd see. Some may see it as slightly blue (also intentional).

Some studies show that it's actually more readable this way.

Right now I'm seeing light gray-dark gray...I think the white-gray was easier on my eyes.

I don't even notice the change in gray, but I REALLY like the text by the pic when it's enlarged! Great idea!

Nichols, IA(Zone 5a)

I just noticed the text by the photo too.
I think it's great! Now when someone tells you what the photo is, or identifies people, it's right there if you forget some of it! This site just gets better!

I like the new look.
I also noticed that when posting in the forums under -Starting a new topic-
you only have a choice of 'Preview'. I'm just noticing that it's not in place here in this forum but in others.
I like this Dave. Makes you think twice before sending. It should help cut down on finding the need to make edits.

LOL @ myself...
At least I think this is recently new!

I think it's always been that if you're starting a new thread, you're forced to preview it first, but if you're replying on an existing thread you have the choice to preview or send.

My alternating color looks like a pale pale pink to me. I almost can't even discern it.

:^)))

Mine is pale blue
