Subscription Anniversary Date

I was just looking at my renewal date because I knew it would be due here sometime in November. It shows I am not due to renew until May. How did my anniversary date get switched around?

On a similar note... My subscriptiion said a few months ago that I was paid through 2010 and now it says 2008. Who took my years?

Sorry Darius...I have no idea. Can you contact the helpdesk with the details of your payment (when you paid, whether it was check/money order, credit card, etc.) - I'll have Dave or Trish check the subscription info.
