How to renew my subscription?

I went to my home page to renew my subscription but it said that I am not a subscriber. My subscription does not expire until Nov 2nd, which is not until midnight tonight. How do I renew? I don't want to do what any of the options are because the way I read it, it would make me a new member. Please help.

Did you go to "My Info", then "My Preferences" then "Subscription"? When you click on Subscription, it should take you to options for renewal. When I click on your name, it shows you subscribed until tomorrow as you said.
