Why can't I post to the Perennial forum this morning?

I've tried posting both messages with pics and messages without pics in the perennial forum but as soon as I hit either "send" or "preview" the cursor moves into the "browse" box and won't go past that point. I've had no problems in other forums, though.

I'm not experiencing any problems when I test the forum. Can you try a refreshing your browser or rebooting, and see what happens?
