I have already tried the 'Contact Us' link to send this info, but we've had problems with our ISP lately so I'm not even sure it went through correctly. If it did and you just haven't had time to get to me yet, please just ignore this :-)
I can't access my own journal anymore, and I suspect that it has something to do with the last action I did successfully perform. I wanted to start all over again so I deleted everything - all of my journal entries, categories, etc. Absolutely everything! I'm thinking maybe I got a little carried away and deleted something I shouldn't have?
Now whenever I try to 'Manage your own journal' I am taken directly to the page titled 'Welcome back to your "Default Journal" Journal, ginnylynn Step 3...' which directs me to select a category for my first item from the (nonexistent) list below. I have attached a picture of this page for you.
Is there anything that can be done, or do I just need to live with the mess I created all on my own?

Problems with my journal :-(
Ginny, try hitting Your Journal, on the green menu bar at the top. The first on the left.

Thanks for the tip Brenda. Unfortunately I get the same result :-(
Hmm...think it should say "The first thing you need to do is make some statuses" with a hyperlink there. Think you wil need help on this one.
I think you might need the admins on this one--it looks to me like all the deleting you did somehow made the system think you hadn't finished setting up your journal. The screen you're seeing is a normal one that shows up as you go through the steps to set up your journal for the first time, unfortunately I believe step 2 would have been the one where you would have created categories, but since you deleted those you can't properly go through step 3. I'm sure there's a way to reset everything so you can start from scratch which is what it sounds like you wanted to do anyway!
I suspect you're right ecrane3. Thanks for the optimism :-)
Update: Finally thought of one last thing to try, and it worked!
I simply added a plant from PlantFiles to my journal through the "Add this plant to your journal" link. In order to successfully add the plant it needed to create the category 'Unknown'. Once a single category existed I was then able to once more access and use my journal. All's well that ends well :-)
