I understand this is short notice but we did this a couple of years ago and it turned into a lively group of gardeners.

You have d-mail!
Well, you know I'll be there again. lol
Come on people, lets have a nice little luncheon and do some chatting.
Louise, it will be so nice to see you again. :-)
Donna
You too Donna! I'm looking forward to it that's for sure, just trying to figure out what I will bring!
It will be good to get out of cold Iowa and into the nice CA weather.
I hope to be there. Don't know yet if Sue and/or Ginny will come along.
Will put you down, George; will be good to see you again.
Hey, where is everybody????!?! It's going to be a great get together. Looking forward to seeing you all there. Add homemade bread and homemade wine to my list!
Can't make this one...we're having a 40th wedding anniversary party for my sister and her husband that day...darn it !!!
JD
Guess I'll miss seeing you again. I'll be back for brief visits Thanksgiving and Christmas. Maybe in January we'll meet up again.
Darn it Mike. Have a great time at your sister's anniversary.
mpoo from Riverside can't make but would like to be notified the next time Southern Californians get together. Quyen emailed me and said she thought she could come around mid-afternoon.
Looks like you can add Sue and Ginny to the list. I suggested to Ginny that we bring sandwiches or some sort of main dish, haven't heard back from her yet.
Hi all,
Yes, I'll be there after 2:30. My son's in a children's theatre production and I'll be working there until 2 p.m. Since I'll be coming late I think I'll bring dessert (probably cream puffs)....unless I can drop off something earlier that morning. I'll d-mail Arlene and make arrangements.
By the way, if you live in the area and know of children who would enjoy a musical production, please check out Broadway On Tour. They always put on a really good show. www.broadwayontour.org. The theatre is in downtown Santa Ana.
The current show is Wonderland and my son Nathan plays the White Rabbit.
Shamelessly plugging for my kids' activities,
Quyen

Hi all,
I am on the road -- currently Elk City OK en route to Blooms' in Moab UT -- over 900 miles or about two days away! -- where I will need to spend a couple days recovering from this part of the journey and repacking for the remaining VERY long day (750 miles!) back to OC...
So there is no reasonable way I can make it this time... darn it. Please have a very good time and a drink of Weegy's wine, for me!
~'spin!~
Quyen, I'd go see that Alice show if I were there. sounds like fun for grownups too.
Hi, all, Blooms here, I'll be enjoying my DD here while you having fun there.
When I come to Santa Ana this winter we'll do a get together okay? ~Blooms
PS this is her first trip with that cute little trailer

Great picture spin! I love your trailer! I'll save you some wine, I think with 300 gallons in the garage, I might be able to spare a glass! We'll miss those of you who won't be there. Thanks Arlene for doing this for us. I'll be making my goodies on Friday so the brushetta will be nice and aromatic with basil and lots of garlic.
Looks like you all are up for a good time. Have a safe trip. Blooms, I will be in CA mid January. Maybe that would work.
Gotta finish up some work
See you all soon!
a
Made it to Orange County; hope everyone is ready.
I will be bringing fresh fruit and other goodies.
See ya'll tomorrow.
Donna
Just a reminder ~ we start at 11 AM but won't eat until Noon.
I'll be there with bells on! See you around 11ish. Call if there's anything I can pick up for you Arlene.
weegy I just bailed on this because a friend needs me and it probably is too soon to do that long of a trip in the oc traffic. I would have loved to talk about Carpenteria with you. Have fun all Tears
:)
Darn it, hellnzn. You could have met me here at my house just off the 15 and we could have rode to OC together. I should have mentioned that earlier. We'll still talk about Carp! I'll miss meeting you.
Me too girl, I would have loved too. I have a friend who just moved here from a gated comunity in R/ cuca , his mom is in the hospital there Did you know a guy named Steve Crooke or cindy or a woman named Lee Crooke? probably not but I don`t know how long you lived there or how old you are. I am 43. My best friend lived in Ontario but died last year and our other friends lived by the mall and we go to Nascar so I have no problem going there. I am bummed though! thanks anyway.
Dawn, I'm 51, much older than you! You're just a mere pup! But despite my age, I'm lots of fun!
Don't know Steve Crooke or any of the names you mentioned, Rancho Cucamonga is so big now. I've lived here in Rancho for 25 years, grew up in Chino.
The next time you get here for the races, let me know, we can meet up! Your friends live by Ontario Mills or Victoria Gardens?
Sorry to her about your friend.
I'll miss meeting you tomorrow.
Weegy,
Hope you went to bed . . . you are going to be driving this morning with toothpicks holding your eyes open!
I emailed George to ask what kind of filling he was putting in his sandwiches. . . never heard back from him . . . so I am hoping it wasn't chicken as I decided last minute to roast one for today. Well, you can never have enough chicken!
I've got my toothpicks all ready for the drive this morning! Yea, roasted chicken! See you in a few hours.
Your not that much old you little crack head lol That guy went to high school in Rancho and lived there all his life so I thought that if you did, you may have known him in the small days. It was like that here before so they have an old timer BBQ for people who lived here, like me when it was a small town. My friend flaked on me because her DH and DF got into a squabble. so I could have went but oh well. dawn
Boy ! Are we full?!
so nice, i`m glad for you but sad for me.
