Preview works but send doesn't

I am trying to post some photos of some cacti to the C&S forum. It will let me preview and then when I hit send, nothing happens. I have tried to upload that photo 5 times with no success. Has this happened to anyone else? How will I know when this is fixed?

You have to add a note to each photo in the text box. And I think each note must be slightly different - they don't have to be long, just unique.

Thanks Terry. I did not know that. I think the text was basically the same so I will change it up a little next time.
