Once an ad is posted can you edit it?

I put up an ad with several types of plants, and I have now sold out of two. Can I edit the posting to remove mention of the plants.
I am afraid that someone might get upset that I am advertising stock I now longer have.

Sorry I didn't think about this earlier.
