No, not there. I don't know how to pronounce that, but I'd guess it was eye-row-een. Even if it is French, French pronounciations tend to get Anglicized in PA.

In Ohio they do, too. Bellefountaine (such a beautiful name!) is merely "bell fountain", "Lima" is pronounced like the bean, not like the capital of Peru. "Rio Grande" is (I kid you not!!) rye-o grandee. Ironton is "arntun". LOL It's a nice state, but they sure talk funny there! :-)
