Ummm. Hasn't anyone ever had a bloom within a bloom, or a root form on a tree that you never thought would appear ( I have a pic from a friend of mine with a summer home in MT that has this new root forming to make the photo seem nasty for most of you), or vegetables that grow funky? It may not be a continuous, active thread, but when the odd occurs, I think it would be neat to share.

If you have stuff like that I would post it in the appropriate plant or plant group specific forum like tropicals, perennials, vines & climbers, trees & shrubs, etc--that way the people who are the most interested in that type of plant would see it.

I understand what you're saying and agree. But the strange and unusual and sometimes obscene types of growth could also be a topic instead of having to look or hear about it? It's like missing the photo of a 2 headed man or woman with 8 arms.

Anyway, it's no big deal. Just thought sharing the occasional strange and unusual in one main forum topic would be easier.
