Irritating "click on photo" problem

When I go to the "Parking Lot", click on "coffee and ---", then go to the latest posts and click on a photo everything is fine.
Then I click on the back arrow and instead of going back to the place I had been prior to enlarging the photo I am sent to
the previous days post. To get back to where I was requires going to Parking Lot, thence to Coffee and--, then scroll back
down to the 'point of origin'. It seems to be primarily on the coffee thread, though it could be on others. I'm not sure if this
has anything to do with Safari, or if it has origins somewhere else. Other threads don't seem to be bothered with it. This has
happened several times in the past and is not a one-time occurrence. Everything is still manageable, just inconvenient. Any
idea what may be the cause?
edited thought. Could it have anything to do with a "fresh" photo that for some cyber reason hasn't settled in ?

Robert, why don't you download Firefox? It works much better for me than Safari.

Darius, I have Firefox and use it often. I like the Google on Safari better though. Just one of those things I haven't gotten used to I guess. I suppose I could use DG as the home page on Firefox just as easily as I do on Safari. Firefox has some features I like better and it is simply a matter of learning how to use them. Being so inept at computer stuff I am apprehensive about trying anything "new". Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Robert, I know we've had reports of problems when members use Safari. I think your hunch is probably correct - it's most likely related to Safari.

I'll switch and use Firefox. I just downloaded the most recent version. Couldn't get the other version I had been using to come up and couldn't find it anywhere in Applications or other hiding places. It sort of vanished. The 'new' one still had my bookmarks in it. Kinda odd.
