Hi Dave, the 'skip to new' link at the top of threads is haywire. It giving me garbled pages and doesn't skip to the new.
Are gremlins at work here today?

I've had the same issue with skip to new.
I believe the wand bar is the scroll bar at the side to move up and down the page, though I haven't had mine disappear as they mentioned above.
yes, the scroll bar is what I think they meant, and that wasn't working either.
What was happening exactly is I would click 'Skip to New' and the scroll bar would move to the bottom of the page but the page would not move and the Dave's banner would move down with a portion of the threads moving above the baner, the portion was about as big as the banner is, so it was just a small part.
seems to not be happening today.

Make sure that the page is fully loaded before you click on "Skip to new".
Threads with a lot of replies (more than 50) can sometimes be slower to load...

In my case the page was so stretched out that the *scroll bar* was off the screen. I would leave Dave's and everything was as it should be. I kept hitting refresh and eventually my screen was normal again.
All's fine today.
