Where would I post how to get rid of pond scum

That green stuff that gets on the top of ponds . Our neighbors pond is a eye sore. Ugh.

LOL I do work with a few of them and hope to retire and get rid of them all in the next year or so.
General Motors is real pond scum. They put my comapny as an independent in 1997 and took over 1/2 my retirement back. I can't live on $525 and pay insurance also. This for 30 years employeement hum.
