I have given five or six yearly gift subscriptions to Dave's, and most of them have re-subscribed and loved it here. I recently gave a yearly gift subscription to someone, but he doesn't want it and has no time for another forum. My question is whether his subscription can be changed from a yearly one to a two-month one so that I can get a refund of $10 or credit for those ten months?

Clare, I've tagged your note for Dave to reply to, but I know he is absolutely swamped for the next several days. Most likely he will refund you for the unused portion - nudge me next week if you still haven't head back by Tuesday or Wednesday, please?
