Wowie Laurie,
I used to go by "deborahsongs" in this forum, but when I decided to become a paid subscriber I changed it. GTSY! Looks like you have done well the last couple years, so many varieties!! Let me keep browsing and I will let you know which ones I could trade you for lol. I so hear you about not being able to pick a favorite. I know I want some more Hatsu seeds, I shared more than I had this year...rats!
I thought I had at least a few for myself, and i believe it turned out to be one of the extra bonus pk seeds you sent me instead of the HA. They aren't as ruffly as HA, now that I look at them, however they are a wonderful shade of royal blue and large, and I really love them.

Todays lovely bloomers
is that hatsu arashi???
They are beautiful. Where do you buy your seeds? I want to get some for next year.
I was hoping you would tell me for sure Laurie, lol.. The leaves are heart shaped with a few like the one in the above pic. I thought Hatsu was more ruffly on the edges..
humm
I'd have to dig out all my photos from last seasons growing to say for sure, I don't think I am growing them this year! if I am they haven't bloomed yet!!
Yeah Joseph, I heard that!!
I love that dreamy royal blue blue blue!

Ohio Breezy, great pics, but could you put some names with your pix si we know what you are showing us and what your talkiing about? Frank
Frank, just went thru and added names, I was rushing that morning to load them before work and never did go back and add names, sorry for tormenting everyone without names.
As you can see some look just like they are supposed to according to the packet they came out of, while others took on mutated or deformed looks, and some were just plain not quite the color represented on the packet, I love them all, and will continue to grow them regardless of what they bloom like :)
Laurrie
You go Laurie!
Thanks for putting the names in, I'm hoping to tell more of them apart in time.
I should have done it to start with, just was in a hurry and didn't, I know it's hard to tell some apart, also, they have such variations in bloom patterns (on same vines!!!) that if you don't keep track of them you can easily lose track of what you are growing. I label mine as they are put in the ground, and continue to keep watch on the tags to make sure they aren't fading during the growing season, then I also take a wide shot, so I can see the vines and surrounding hardscapes, then if for some reason the tag washes out or squirrels run off with it, I have all the info logged in my book with where they are growing etc. So much easier for me this way as many as I grow!!!
Glad to help, thank you Frank for asking about it
