I've no idea about any other credit card issueing companies .. but current CapitalOne VISA credit card holders, are allowed to upload an image .. to be placed on a new card .. to be created & delivered within a couple of weeks. With no fee involved at this time. * Some restrictions apply, naturally.

However, I think the deadline is today .. for CapitalOne VISA card holders. So, there's still time ...
