Suggestions for new forums

Would it be possible to add a forum for the Rocky Mountain area to the Regional forums? High-altitude arid regions like ours are distinct from other areas like the Southwest, Midwest, or California. What works in Missouri or Arizona may or may not work in Colorado.

Also, I personally would like to see a forum dedicated to potatoes. Or at the very least to root vegetables like potatoes, turnips, and carrots.

You might want to start two separate threads, each with the subject of one of the forums you're proposing in the subject line--that way you'll catch more people's attention since they know what the idea is without reading your post, and also you may get many people who are interested in one forum but not the other and it'll make it easier for Dave and the admin's to keep track of how many people are interested in each if the threads are separated.
