Dang, I did it again, 2 in a row, think I am on a roll?

waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)

Three cheers and GOOD Morning! I'm just getting myself to bed but I couldn't resist. See ya in the real morning....

Sheila

Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)

Thanks M5, now you gotta tell us what the mission was for today, er yesterday.

Baker City, OR(Zone 5b)

Defoe, 2 in a row, you are indeed on a roll or a winning streak. Are you a gambler?

Busy day, oh yeah, it sure was. I ran out of daylight about an hour ago and could have used a couple more hours of it. The kitchen looks totaled but now I'm winding down so it will be there in the morning. Dishes never do themselves and besides it is cooler in the morning with my hands in hot water.

A neighbor stopped by this evening with some columbine starts. We went out and dug up a few of my volunteers for her to take home, and gave her some seeds of my big blue allium to sprinkle around here and there. She lives about 5 miles up the road from us but at about 500 feet or so higher elevation and closer to the mountains so her vegie garden is behind mine by a couple of weeks. I gave her some excess zucchini and yellow summer squash which she was happy to get and I was happy to give. They are already ahead of me, it happens every year. Before she came here she had been to another neighbor's to share some plants. She told me that last year she went to a zucchini party, sort of a potluck lunch where everything had zucchini in it, appetizers, salads, casseroles, desserts. Don't know how you would hide zucchini in a drink but maybe somebody found a way.

Darius, you can make peach cordial with little bitty peaches. Take a gallon jar and fill it half full with peaches scrubbed to remove the fuzz and cut in half with pits removed, add 3 cups sugar, a couple of cinnamon sticks and about 4 cloves, a lemon cut in wedges and a 5th of vodka or gin. Put a lid on it that won't leak much, shake it good and leave it on the counter overnight. Shake it again in the morning and stand it upside down, shake it before bed and, well, you get the picture, continue until all the sugar dissolves, just a few days. Then put it in a dark place for about 3 months, strain and enjoy. If you like more spice you can add more the next time, and if you want less you can cut it with juice from canned peaches or apple juice.

I have a lot to do in the morning and will be leaving here about noon to drive to the ride camp. God made some beautiful spots and this is one of the best, grassy meadows, big pine trees, wild flowers, like being in a park all day.

I think I'm ready to sleep now. Goodnight.

Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)

Mary, can you take your camera with you? It sounds so very lovely, I would like to see pics of the place.

That peach cordial sounds good, may try to get some more peaches from DSIL and try it.

Well, I am off to bed too, DGD is gone, so tomorrow may be spent doing some cleaning and sorting of clothes. I have an opportunity to join a community yard sale on Saturday, so may give it a try.

Good night all. Hope I can sleep later this morning, and won't be bothered by telephone or someone at the door.

So am I the first this morning??? I am not believeing it! LOL Me ... the one who never gets the worm! LOL

Hi to all. Am posting so *I can be the very first! *grin* Hope all has a wonderful day!

Ottawa, ON(Zone 5a)

Well I guess I'm second unless I type too long. Unusual for this time of day. Great job Bonnie. Everything worked just fine.

Was just checking in and reading. will comment more later.

Schroon Lake, NY(Zone 4a)

YAY Bonnie!
I slept in today....A car pulled up at 12:30 this morning, weird, dogs went ballistic, we got out of bed to see what was going on. DH calls up the stairs, "the horses are loose"...so I come running (in my limping, stiff gaited, half asleep manner), glad it wasn't that a cat was hit by a car or something worse.

Anyway, our horses were all blinky eyed in the corral, happy to see that we finally caught on that they'd like a midnight snack. So DH and DDs went in the car to find the horses and try to catch them and see whose they were. A police officer came, and he went knocking on doors in the area, glad to have help with the actual critters. Dh got them into a corral. All ended well, but interrupted my beauty sleep a little.

There's a cluster of houses off the main road and a motel and someone in there has horses, I'm surprised, I thought I knew all the horse folk right around. I did think it was nice for the person to wake us up...everyone knows we have horses, so it was a safe assumption they'd be ours, and I appreciate people who look out for animals. It could have been a disaster on this road.

Okay, off to the coffeepot, bbl

waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)

Morning again, (snicker). Got to make this fast, got golf today and I need a thorough renovation. And it's gonna be hot.

Project was recovering a little footstool. I bought a new chair a couple months ago, (Olivia is trying to destroy it) and I needed to re-cover my little junky footstool that didn't come close to matching the upholstery. Didn't get the best match but it was cheap, and then we had trouble getting the screws out that held the top to the frame. So it was a lot of putzing around. But it's done, and servicable.

Houseguest hit the road, I cannot believe he was as well behaved as he was. Raided the frig a bit, but otherwise polite and sober.

Have to get moving....~~~ at everyone, will check in later. Taking two frozen bottles of water with me for relief.

Good morning to all. Hey is Meezersfive on yet? Did you get the rain? Got up about 5:30 and there was a soft shower going on. I told the rain go aliitle further southwestern. Hope it made it there. Weather channel is calling for isolated storms all day some possibly severe. The severe part worries me. I don't take too well with the severe ones that can turn into tornadoes. Hope you get some rain Sheila.
I'm not doing much today. I'll starighten up maybe actually bake something (All this baking I read all of you do has me missing when I used to. DH doesn't like too much sweets around cause he'll eat it and he's so weight conscience it stinks. I end up feeling guilty eating the stuff so I refrain then I just quit baking altogether. Besides my DS(15yo) was beginning to get a little chunky there. Oh well. Maybe a nice chocolate cake from scratch if I can remeber how to do it. Oh yes now I remeber.
What is everybody else doing today? tgif day. I
I bought more plants yesterday. I know, I'm weak. I got some cosmos for filler plants in my new bed and 50% of were only 75 cents. Yuck cold coffee. Time for a trip upstairs BBL Cherie

Jim Falls, WI(Zone 4a)

cute kids meezer! i was watching 'barking mad" on animal planet one day and this english couple had a pr. of siamese that would destroy their house while they were at work out of boredom. even opened the cubbards and knocked out stuff. it was incredible what they could do.

this morning i tried vanilla carmel creamer in my first cup. it's okay! still prefer my vanilla. next i'll try the chocolate.

i'd better get going for now . probably be back later when it's to hot to be outside.

Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)

I'm up, had my coffee, and am at loose ends. I have no canning to do today, so I will probably feel lost!! LOL.

ernie, have you heard from Maria? Give us an update if you can.

M5, the frozen water bottles sound like a good idea,when it is supposed to be this hot.

ves, those cats would probably have to find a new home, if they behaved like that here. Love animals, but not the smart ones who can open cupboards.

dmc, glad that someone was concerned enough about the animals to try to find their home. Loosing your beauty sleep, didn't hurt, you still look good this morning.

cc, I do very little baking. DH is borderline diabetic, so we keep the sweets to a minimum here.

I01, can't believe you got the worm this morning!!

Viann, good morning to you also, thanks for the congrats. Seems everything is working fine now.

Well, off to do something, if it gets too hot today, I can always cool off in the pool. Hey that may be a thought, haven't spent nearly enough time there.

BBL

Schroon Lake, NY(Zone 4a)

Can't imagine what it's like anywhere else, I was out weeding and am now thoroughly drenched. Yuck. And it's not even 10 am. Guess it's a good beach day. VERY humid, in the 80's headed to 90's.

Everson, WA(Zone 8a)

Devoe the eagle has landed I will let her give you the update. It is 7 am right now or so and she is still sleeping so it may be a while or then it may be tonight. Ernie

Ottawa, ON(Zone 5a)

Hi all,

Yep -it's hot and humid here too. OTOH, aquafit people go out for breakfast/brunch the 2nd Friday of each month. I didn't do aquafit (am still coughing), but I went to the cafe to meet them. Drank a cup of coffee and promptly left and came home for breakfast because the AC was TOO COLD! Usually we don't have to put up with American style AC here in Canada, but this was over the top.

Now that I have a bit more time available, I think I'll drop by a walk-in clinic. DD said she had the same type of cough and they decided it was upper respiratory sinus causing the cough. And my hairdresser coughed for 3 weeks before he saw a Dr. I think I'll stop by and see what they say.

Sheila - are you freezing water in those clear plastic water or soft drink bottles? Not a good idea, apparently, as they can leach chemicals into the water. I'm not clear whether the Rubbermaid chug bottles are better. I think and hope they are because I'll need bottles of frozen water to make it through the Chamber Music Festival since most of the venues are not air conditioned.

Ann

Just dropping in to say hi and hope you get to feeling better Ann. So sorry you are having such a time with that cough. do go on to see a doc as it can develop into bronchitis or other such related illnesses and we don't want you down and out. Take care and hugs. :-)

Twyla ... hope you are feeling better this a.m.

Ernie oh please do give Maria a big ~~~, and tell her to check in when she's rested up a bit.

Katy ... how is your DS this morning? Sure hope his fever is better.

Mary, guess you are off on your ride? Please have a safe one.

Defoe, great job on the thread starting. :-) Oh and you certainly do deserve a day in that pool.

Hmmm, wonder where oz is? He hasn't dropped in to rib anyone lately. ;) He must be giving the hosta gals a run for their money. LOL

Oh ... by the way ... where's Kooger? Sure hope she's doing ok. Both she and her DH were having problems the last time I heard. Has anyone heard an update on them?

Meezers, good luck on your game today. Sounds like you were busy yesterday.

It's hot and humid here also with no rain in sight that I'm aware of. We are having a very dry summer this year. I'll be glad to pay postage on a flat rate box if anyone has too much rain and can figure out how to ship some way down south. LOL Well, I'm tackling the laundry monster today. Guess I'd better go knock him for a loop.

Waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)

Hey,
lo1 - we're getting rain up here. I could share it but it just won't listen to me. Not unless M5 comes back and says her golf game got rained out. When it started to rain I told it not to stay in place but to share its plant feeding to a bunch of areas it hasn't been to in awhile and stay off the east coast and maybe give the fires a drink out west. I don't know if it'll listen though. Mother nature never listens to me.

ViolaAnn - I never knew that. We're always saving the bottles from water DD purchases to refill and freeze for DS. It gives off a chemical? Thanks for tip. My soon will just have to put lots of ice in his bottles from now on.

M5 -- When you get back if there has been no rain its not my fault. I asked it to please get over to I43 and 164 and give you a rest in watering. I sure do hope it listened but as I stated before. Mothere Nature doesn't really listen to me. I try.

BBL time to fold and refill washer and dryer. Cherie

Schroon Lake, NY(Zone 4a)

I heard that too about the plastic bottles, both freezing and microwaving (ie saran wrap or plastic bowls)
Great, right? It may turn out to be disproven but I guess for the moment, worth considering...now what about plastic ice cube trays???

We had a nifty one that made cylinder ice that you can fit thru the neck of a bottle - very handy.

Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)

Good start to the otherwise aimless day. Took some veggies to some neighbors, and visited a little while. Then home, pulled a few weeds, and then I vacuumed the car, I could have started some plants in the dirt in there. In for a cool drink, and I guess I will go out and tackle some more weeds. I had hoped that we would have a calm day, as I have some weeds that need a drink of Roundup. May go to check to see if I have any ripe tomatoes, so far have just gotten one here and there.

Sounds like everybody is having a productive day.

Viann, get thee to that clinic. Don't want this to turn into something more nasty.

Hope, how are you feeling this morning? Hope a whole lot better.

BBL

~~~~ to all I didn't mention by name.
Hmmm, let's see ... first it was eggs ... now they are ok. Then it was pork. Now it's the other white meat. Then it was ... ... ... I give up. Just can't keep up with all the things I'm not suppose to do! LOL Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking it. :-) It's just my deodorant was gonna kill me ... then the stuff in my make up was gonna give me face cancer. The tv was gonna make me go blind. Whew! *smile*
Ok ... I'm running out before y'all start throwing things at me!! LOL
Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)
I01, seems like you watched too much tv, too late for that warning. I was thinking the same thing, cookware, deodrant, tea and coffee was bad, now is good, alcohol was bad, now a glass of wine is good for you, etc, etc. My thoughts, I am not gonna get out of this world alive, so it's gonna be something!!
Waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)
actually defoecat, no one gets out of this world alive so my philosophy? If it feels good, looks goods, tastes or smells good thats for me. I won't let just everyone tell me that I'm goona die because................ if I die earlier than later, I'll day a happy peron anyways.
Jim Falls, WI(Zone 4a)
cece i agree with you. .if you aren't hurting anyone else why not. enjoy it for yourself. that's what i told the nursing home for my dad. let him eat what he wants. it really is a persons choice.
waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)
Go Cece, that's my philosopy to a tee!... I told my cardiologist, after getting the big lecture on fat, salt, carbs blah blah blah that if I had to eat camel fodder to prolong my life, it wouldn't be worth it. So, I eat what I please and when I go, I'm sure I'll be smiling!
We got just a sprinkle of rain early this mornning but, oh boy , we really got rained out around 9"30!! By the time I got home it was pouring, but it's let up for now. I'll gladly sacrifice a golf game for a good rain when we need it. I'm sure your request helped, Cherie! DH said as I was leaving, he was going outside to make it rain. When I got home, I walked into the den and said "#@$#! you and your rain dance." He just laughed.
Dmcd, and others, it hasn't actually been "proven" about the plastic issue. Here's an excerpt from the Snopes.com website regarding the rumored toxicity of plastics.
"How real is this concern? According to Dr. George Pauli, a leading Food and Drug Administration scientist, not very. He acknowledged that some plasticizers do migrate into foods, particularly those containing a lot of fat, oil, or sugars. But research has found no ill effects from consumption of plasticizers in FDA-approved plastic wraps or from freezing or re-using plastic water bottles. Even so, others remain unconvinced, and those on both sides of the issue recommend not letting plastic wrap touch food during microwaving.
You can read the whole article by going to this link:, http://www.snopes.com/medical/toxins/cookplastic.asp
Personally, I'm getting sick of the "sky is falling" warnings about everything we eat, while our standards are lowered for air quality, drinking water, etc. and coal is becoming the fossil fuel of choice for the huge electric plants.
OK off the soap box. For the moment anyway. And, oh yes, Ann, get to that clinic like Elaine said!
Ves, yes the siamese are mischievous, and when bored will do anything to entertain themselves. Fortunately, ours confine their activities to the toy box (Hanging head, yes, they have their own) contents or playing with each other. Our first male meezer was pretty inventive, and would walk along the fake fireplace mantle and look at us, if we didn't go over and pet him he would stroll along the mantle and gently nudge objects off one at a time, just to get attention. He was very clever at opening doors, turning on faucets, would play fetch until we were exhausted, but he was so gentle and sweet natured, we couldn't get mad at him. We just stopped putting breakables on the mantle! Like having a two year old. A squirt bottle of water judiciously applied will usually let them know when they are trespassing...we have gotten ours to stop misbehaving with that technique. Eventually, a hiss would stop them, like the sound of the squirt! They are univerally bright and trainable.
Well, it has stopped raining so I suppose I could wander out and see what DH is up to in the flower beds, this morning he was rescuing a volunteer Dusty Miller that was being smothered by other plants. Don't know where he relocated it. Plants were happy for the big drink!
Later,
Sheila
I'm filling in for Sarv, yesterday I stopped by the Krispy Kreme and bought one donut, and they gave me a free one. Ate the one I bought, froze the freebie overnight, and I'm having it with a cup of cappucino, right now.
OK Folks, Went to that walk-in clinic. Was told it's a chest cold. Was given an prescription but it was suggested that I wait a couple days to fill it. He told me cough syrup wouldn't help. (I already knew that).
I think I'll fill it later today.
Check out this article http://abcnews.go.com/Health/story?id=2138565&page=1
in regard to plastics. I think it is related to the story I heard on the radio yesterday. But this article makes it look as though the real culprets may be other plastics. Couldn't find the clip on the CBC site that I was looking for.
Jim Falls, WI(Zone 4a)
i'm so glad somebody out there is getting rain and that it all isn't passing by.
i just got back in from moving the sprinkler. i just had to do a longer watering. last night i deadheaded and pulled up all the morning glory starts. i love morning glories but for a flower that is not hardy in my zone. the seeds sure can survive the winter. there's a breeze out there right now which is making today more bearable. good for the people at the fair and the animals.
tonight go back out and finish watering and move around a few more plants. also pick the peas again. maybe i wouldn't have to water tomorrow.
am i nuts or what? i agreed to water my neighbors garden and plants while they are in spain for 3 wks. i must really like watering if i'm willing to do hers also. i haven't been there for awhile so i can see what she has for plants. she said i could have anything i want. it will be interesting because she has mostly shade and i have sun. i plan on watering hers on sunday.
haven't seen the chipmunks in a few days. maybe the watering flooded them out or made them move. i noticed that there also isn't much mole activity when i water. does it sound like my life is revolving around watering. i could tpye that word in my sleep!
hope everyone is handling the heat okay? before i forget any ideas for supper?
waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)
take-out!
Tulsa, OK(Zone 7a)
Sheila if i went to krispy kreme one to eat freeze one no way no will power good thing i can't go to them.. whew.. mouth is sore i found the perfect thing to it a plain hersey let it melt one peice at time in mouth.. last one stashed so no more them either..lol.. have to quit the sweets and wrong foods.. enjoy week end all.. i'm kinda under little bit till this eases up.. but so glad got the 2 out.. blessings everyone..
Twyla
Meezers you are definitely on the right track. :-) I'm going to get the DH to take me out for supper. No take out for me. LOL
Twyla, I'm glad you are feeling better.
ves, you sure are a good neighbor to do all that watering. I'm having enough probs doing all mine. LOL
Hey, Meezers was that you forcing yourself to take sarv's place with the sweet treat? Poor thang! ;)
Ann, so glad you went to the doctor. Hope you start feeling better now that you got something to take.
Okay, haven't had lunch yet. Think I'll go see what I can find.
Lakeland, FL
Well, Good afternoon. I have been doing all the above except chasing horses. Been weeding, transplanting and all the yard work today as housework tomorrow yuck! I have a guy coming to paint my spare bedroom and I hafta pick out color. I am making it my "memory" room. so I will be occupied next week decorating after he gets thru w/ the painting. No rain here in So. Lakeland-- but rained all around me the last two days grrrrrrrrrrr. Hag weekend all. Corky and Tribe
Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)
Well, it is hotter than hades here. There is a breeze blowing, but just moving the hot air around. Did some weeding, went out and cleaned the deck and rearranged furniture, put up some patio lights along the deck rails, and some solar lights too. Have some tiki torches, but didn't get to them. I know when my DTS comes next week with her granddaughters they will swim till midnight, so prettied it up for them. Cut some volunteer trees, raspberry vines, and some wild grapevine that was in some shrubs, dash in every once in awhile to cool down. Went to the garden to see if I had some tomatoes to slice for supper, I found 3. DH has a beagle who was chasing a rabbit, and got overheated, he is sure miserable, and if he hadn't come in may not have made it. As it is, I hope he can get over it. Have sprayed him down, and he is in the garage on the concrete now. Poor thing, he isn't the brightest bulb in the marquee, but hope he gets all right.
We have severe storm warnings out, for the next hour, so will be powering down until things quiet down.
Know I have read all, but need to head to the kitchen (no suggestions of going out, or getting take out) so I guess I cook tonight. It will be all fresh veggies.
BBL
waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)
Yep, Elaine, that was me. Sometimes ya just gotta make sacrifices for your friends. It wasn't easy. (Walking out of there with only two donuts, that is!)
Bonnie, jump in the pool! Today I wish we had one....
Was just catching up and now it's time to go again, catching a movie in a little while.
Schroon Lake, NY(Zone 4a)
Was 94 here, I sat by the fan and read this afternoon. Can't believe how much Bonnie does even though it's probably 10 degrees warmer there!! It's just too hot in the sun. I'll do more this evening. Did my weeding early.
Regarding the plastics "Don't reuse water bottles" I would assume that study was funded by the water bottle sellers!! I use each of them at least 20 times. If you lose one, no big deal. I could see people like me cutting into their water profits!! Notice how they're safe when you buy them....okay. As i take a big gulp from my battered reused propel bottle....
If it's this hot here, how hot is it everywhere else???
Waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)
Hi again. I had rain on and off all morning. Sun came out areound one. It was a nice steady easy rain and would last about half an hour then stop only to start up again an hour later.
I like the suggestion take out. Hmmmm Golden chicken sounds nice with cole slaw and ff and pepsi. Now if only DH will agree. Acually we're thinking about going somewhere and play trivia. I like that once, twice a weekend. Not much good at with out DH with me. He knows everything and what he don't he usually guesses right. Believe me, its not easy living with a know-it-all.
Sheila you have more will power than me. I'd have eaten BOTH doughnuts before I got into the driveway. Chocolate? please say they were chocolate. Glad you got some rain anyways. Was it enough where you don't have to water today?
ViAnn good for you I hate dr myself but when your sick. Hope you're better soon. Chest colds always seem worse in the summer. You take care.
I haven't been to a dr. in gosh I can't remember, I get my temper up when they tell me I can't have this, I can't have that. Last time I went the dr tried to take my (Ready?) COFFEE away. Have been back to her since. I consider myself healthy as a horse. If there is something secretly going on in there what I don't know won't hurt me. Least that's how I feel about things. If I die young? I'll make a d---- good looking corspe. It took me five years to go and finally get some real glasses. I ran out of arm and went to the magnifier glasses sold in WalMart or the drug stores. This past Feb DH MADE me go geet glasses. Then that dr actually had the nerve to put me in bifocals. Said I had presbyopia. In medical lingo thats "old eyes" I begged him not to put it aon the insurance form like that but I know he told the entire insurance company I had old eyes. Burns my tush.
I'm not beyond pushing someone else to go but to go myself I'm stubborn as a rock. Not always a good way to be with one's health I know but I know me, my body, mymind better than anyone else. If it ever really came down to something I couldn't figure out what to do for I'd have to go. Only because of the fact I am stubborn and if anyone is gonna die first it won't be me, DH must go first.
DDis buggung me to meet some one. I'll post now and be back later
Everson, WA(Zone 8a)
Hi every one, this is Maria
This morning we have been to a garden center never seen such a wonderful one ever, very organized and everything that grows you will find therr. Ernei bought some differenet kinds of lettuce for later of the summer also dome blueberries that are are out of this world.
I had a great time in Seattle, the famous fish market was quite an experience for me to see, you should see the salmon, I think if I lived here I woulds have fish, for breakfast, lunch and dinner
not to mention the flowers, I thought I was a gardener but I am not, lol
Ernies garden is bountiful with vegetables and flowers I do not personally who has such a beautiful garden, I will take some pictures to take home with me.
Just met young Ernie he is just talking with his Dad, Linda is just as sweet as a hostess can be and lots of fun.
If you find typo mistakes pleas excuse them,, hard to get use to a different computer
Hi Ernie er Maria! *smile* Sooo good to hear from you. Glad you are having a good time. ~~~ to all of you. Do take plenty of pictures to share. Hugs to all. :-)
Fort Pierce, FL(Zone 10a)
Hi Maria.....just had to come out of lurking to say Hi, and ~~~~! Glad you're having a great vacation.
((hugs))
Pati
So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)
Maria, sounds like you are having a great time!
Wretchedly bad afternoon thunderstorms, with lots of rain. The creek is muddy and only up about a foot so I know it didn't rain as much here as on my trip up to the next town to Lowe's this afternoon. Had to leave the road twice due to heavy rains and no visibility.
I'm putting some plywood down in the attic space over the front deck for some storage of the items in our rented unit here. Mike helped me put a bunch of stuff in the barn this morning, stuff that the mice and dampness won't hurt. Still have more stuff than space!
Got Chinese take-out as a treat for working in this hot and humid weather. It's the only Chinese place in town, and seems fair to middlin'. Haven't tried the entreé yet as I pigged out on the soup and egg rolls so maybe it's better than I hoped.
Bonnie, I keep forgetting to say "Yippee" on starting the threads!
Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)
Maria, if you check back in, please know that I am very happy that you are having a good vacation. Tell Ernie and Linda hi from all of us. Maybe you can convince Ernie that I am a nice person, and just love it that he and Oz tend to rib me.
Thanks for the congrats on the thread starting. Since I was so dense and blew it for half a month, I am willing to do extra time with it. Twasn't the computer at all, just the operator!!
Talking about Dr.'s, I think we all know our bodies, and when they are not functioning as they should. I go when there is a problem that persists for a week or so. DS has no insurance and has to have Albuterol for asthma, and the drug store he was buying it from charged him $33 for it the last time. Just out of curiosity, I called my pharmacy, and he can get it there for $12.70. Don't you just hate it when they try to pay for the farm in a month, vs, 10 years!
Well, we have had a gully washer in the past 2 hours or so. Now we have flash flood warnings out. My pool is almost full, guess tomorrow will b spent emptying some of it.
Still have plenty of outside work to do tomorrow, so that pool may feel real good.
Well gonna read for awhile, BBL
