Most humble request/suggestion on forum searches

Is it possible to search the forums using a Boolean search or a search for exact phrases only as it is now?

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but if not, would it be possible for the search engine to have an advanced search that allows Boolean terms, an option to search either subjects or body or both and an option for exact phrases?

We had boolean searching at one time, and to be honest, most people didn't really understand how it worked, so eventually Dave removed it.

You can do exact phrase searching. Just put your phrase in "double quotes".

Ok thanks Terry. I was trying to think of ways to further narrow searches. Even searching one forum I get hundreds of returns sometimes. Sooo much info, I wish I had time to read it all! ☺

Thanks for letting me know you can do exact phrases. I had tried it but wasn't sure it was an actual function, that helps.
