I'm really enjoying this thread. I know I don't post that much but I must say, I've learned SOOOOO much from reading the threads. I will actually be starting a new brug thread tomorrow once I've taken a photo of my 1st blooms.

Ruth... heading that way today... Did my D-mail get to you... on a few diffrent machines here at mothers ... and I never know... I'll have my laptop in the car and will chech my d-mail as I leave the area... I hope to leave for home going through Nashville on the way back in a couple of weeks.. maybe the 18th -20th at the latest.. Maybe see Betty there... and perhaps others on the way... Gordon

Hi all.....Let me introduce myself. I am the newbe that just posted two pictures of Datura's that thought they were Brugmansias. Yes I really am blonde....that is still no excuse. I should have done a little more research. Maybe the people that I purchased the seeds from on line did like I did and just took someone elses word that they were Brugmansias.
I live in Louisville, Kentucky and love the outdoors. I guess I better do research on the other 8 plants that I started this year to make sure of what they are before posting them. Thanks for letting me know what they really were without making me feel to stupid.
Hope to be swaping stories and idea's with you all in the future. I just love Dave's Garden Web Site!!!
It is a whole lot better than some of them.
