Strange Error messages

Dave,
I just uploaded an image of Gratiola peruviana and although it seemed to work correctly, these strange warning messages were attached to the final acknowledgement:

Wow, that's a strange one. It happened because the system was modifying the file at the exact moment that you finished the upload. Being such a coincidental timing, it shouldn't occur again. Please do let me know if it happens a second time, though.
