Hey Guys,

Sorry I haven't been on to ID your pics. I've been busier then a one armed paper hanger. I turned my little Ebay store into a legitimate business and I've been working really hard on developing my web site for next year.

Brinda,
Your Caladiums are looking awesome!!!
Pic #1 is the White Queen
Pic #2 looks like it's most likely Fire Chief
Pic#3 is most likely Florida Elise but it "could be" Pink Beauty but I doubt it
Pic #4 I see some Carolyn Whorton, Rosebud and is that Pink Symphony on the left"

The white one you said is Moonlight, is that White Wing next to it?

Brinda, If you could, send me some jpg. pics of your plants to CaladiumBulbs4Less@earthlink.net I would love to include some of your pictures on my web site. I'm going to have a page showing off the plants my customers have grown.

I'll ID the other pics in another post.

Happy Gardening!

phicks:

You have some White Christmas(the white one w/ green veins), the one w/ the red center looks like it's John Peed and the one in the center(it looks like it has red blotches) looks like Fire Chief

Hap,

Are those Thai Caladiums you have planted?

Bill

Happy, our first average frost day is the third week of Sept. I am not sure why the Calis were so late, the rest of the plants have behaved normally.

Oopps thanks Bill, not sure if I did a typo here are on the tag, will go check what I have wrote on them.

Bill,

I have no idea....I got them out of the garbage last year and they were this size then. I'm a dumpster diver when it comes to plants....Shame on me.....

IM......WOW, that really is a short growing season....

Bill, I'll have take pictures tomorrow of the caladiums I purchased from you on Ebay. They are growing like crazy. Did you ever get any Pink Gem bulbs? Remember ours turned out to be mixed bulbs? I never found any anywhere else.

Anyone looking for caladiums please keep Bill's in mind. He sends very large healthy bulbs, along with a generous bonus. He sent me so many that I even gave some to 2 of my daughters.

C4L,

What are these tiny things called? Or where are they from?

Hi Bill....I'm just reading this, but yes.....I will send you some pics in a few days. Our winds have been so strong the past week that I haven't had a chance to take many pics.

And yes Bill....that is White Wing next to Moonlight!

minigrannie: No, I didn't pick up any more of the Pink gem, I still have about a half a tray left of them. I did plant a pot with 6 bulbs out of the tray and they were all Pink Gem. It's hard to say how the straglers got into the tray, it definitely happened at the farm.

Hap: A couple of those sure look like they may be Thai varieties, it's a little hard to tell in the pictures. The first pic you posted, the red ones in the background look like they might be red ruffle. If I had a clearer picture I'd be able to ID them for you.

Bill
