My D-mail is not in my mail box

I just sent a welcome to JoParrott, maybe twice now. When I go to my mailbox to review it, this is what appears to me: http://davesgarden.com/mail/pm/109976/

I can't tell by this if it was actually sent/received or gone into the twilight zone. I was able to save the original message in my drafts folder for later use if I need to.

Dave, I'm getting this error message when I try to send dmail. It does not go through and when I try to use my back button it tells me the page is expired

Database error: Invalid SQL:
MySQL Error: 1062 (Duplicate entry '440102' for key 1)
Session halted.

I had that error last night, clicked the back button and hit send again. It said it went. Today I got that email back like it has a reply and it's completely empty. It looks like the same person wrote a new email with a similar subject and it is empty too.
