Regional Forum Question

I was just looking through the list of regional forums and noticed that some are available to non-subscribing members and some are not.

Florida Gardening, for instance, has a red asterick next to it, yet Georgia does not.

Any special reason for the inconsistency?

Some were created prior to our introduction of "Home Talk" and some were created afterwards. Forums created pre-Home Talk have been preserved as subscribers-only; those created after that point (with a few exceptions, such as the Co-op "redux" forum) have been made free to all registered members.
