Email problems?

Lakemont, GA(Zone 8a)

Anyone else having problems sending D-mail? I'm getting a msg: database error: invalid SQC: 1062 session halted.
Or something similar to that jargon- lol!

I just ran into the same problem replying to a d-mail. The preview key works, but the send key gives me the same message Berrygirl's getting.

Dublin, CA(Zone 9a)

Same thing was happening to me, but then all of a sudden it started working again.

Lakemont, GA(Zone 8a)

I'll try it again- thanks.

I've received notice that I have d-mails but when I open them they are blank.

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Me too! I received a regular e-mail telling me I had d-mail. The d-mail was blank. I've never gotten an e-mail telling me I had d-mail before.

Hooks, TX

I received a regular email saying it was from Dave Whittinger and telling me that I had received an email from a DGers that I usually exchange Dmails. When I opened it, There was a link to the supposed message.
My security setup in Norton warned me that certain site was trying to open my trusted site file.
I then just deleted the entire email.
Was this a phishing scam or did the email come from Dave?

It came from Dave.

If you don't open a dmail within the first 48 hours after it's sent to you, Dave (his last name is Whitinger) sends you a system-generated message to your email inbox letting you know you have a dmail waiting.

With the glitches in the dmail deliveries, it's likely that some messages were not delivered (so you couldn't see them on your mailbox page) but the system *thought* they had been properly transmitted, and sent you a reminder message after the 48 hour period had elapsed.

Terry,
The message was from gumlla. I did read it yesterday on my Dmail.
The automated message came this morning. Was it pertaining to
the same Dmail or a different one?

louise

I think those messages are from the earlier problems that we had with the dmail system. Going forward it hopefully won't happen again.

That is good to know. However, I now have three empty d-mails in my box: is there any way to recover their content, or is it gone gone?

I'm afraid that the content was never actually there. :( When they sent you the dmail the system never saved the post itself (ugh, what a mess).

You could reply to it and say that dave said the system killed the post and would they please write back with whatever they were going to say...

Sorry about that. :(

Not a big deal; just checking. Stuff happens.

Again facing the same problem.
