Problem with thread?

I keep getting this message - is this part of the server changes?


Fatal error: Call to undefined function: stripos() in /www/garden/inc/dg_util.php on line 1301

I would think it was related to the server changes Mitch. I'm getting the same error also.

They should be resolving themselves (I had the same error at the helpdesk on a few messages, but they're alright now.)

That actually shouldn't be happening - where are you seeing this error?

I am getting it on several forums. For instance, I get the message when I tried to check back several times on your forum about adding a new server.....

Also, after I am adding a posting I get the red line that saying while I posted another post was added but I check the forum and there is no new info, just my posting (?)

Aimee - I just got the same thing on this thread right now that red line when it says some posted when you are posting... but you can see no message after mine.

I got it a few mins ago when I was updating Trish's 'shameless begging' thread to tell her the box was enroute. I tried 3 or four times before the thread was there. Also, checked a couple of my watched threads, including the 'shameless' one and I read them 4 or 5 mins ago, posted a couple of replies, and they still are showing up on my new msg 'watch' list.

edit: adding, also the same thing Mitch just said, getting the 'while u were typing, a post was made be sure to read it etc.' and then go back to the thread to chck and there is nothing else there.

2nd edit - just checked and the 'shamless' thread is still showing new post, I clicked on it and my post plus an earlier one from this am is also still showing as new post - not nagging u Dave, just trying to clarify for u to make it easier to understand me, the computer dummy. :) http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/580347/ I just clicked on preview, then clicked on my hyperlink to 'shameless' thread and got page not displayed; tried again and the thread came up with the last two posts shown as 'new'.

Same here - it is keeping my threads with new posts on there and bounces me back to a post way up near the top of any of them...

All those issues should be fixed now.

I can't get into plantfiles. This just happened in the last 10 minutes or so. I'm getting this message:

Not Found
The requested URL /pf/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.34 Server at davesgarden.com Port 80

Well, I don't know what was up, but after I posted above I couldn't get in to DG anywhere for awhile, but now I can get into PF with no error message.

I rebooted the boxes, which might explain a few of the errors from the last few minutes.

What about lack of pics? I have a 'click here to enlarge' but no 'here'. LOL There is no red X, nothing. Just the message and the quote. This is the first time I've really gotten on today. :)

Where are you seeing pictures missing? Try shift-refresh also.

I'm on a thread on trees and shrubs, post titled.....acer platanoides crimson king leaves and flowers, pics up top, but none on the bottom. I refreshed and it didn't make a difference.

in this thread there is no hyperlink to enlarged photo but in another thread it looks the same but if I mouse over the area where the thumbnail would be there is a working hyperlink to the photo

All of my posts that I made today have had the photos deleted or something because none of the photos are there anymore. What is up with that?

Sorry Dave. I've not had much sleep. Just now got back. I know I could not see pics in the first three posts in tropicals. I gave up after that. I figured it was just a glitch.

The same three posts by Bamabelle in Tropicals have no pics. There is also a thread in Daylillies by Jazzpunkin and further down the thread where it picked up today, there are no pics. Other pics that were there before are still there in both forums.

just left here and it said "while you were typing" etc. etc., but no new post when i bounced back here to check.

I think it has something to do with photos added after the server change. I know pic's I add tonight to PF are not showing up either but all the others are.
