Re my Sky & Birds photo, that is Big Biddy entering the hen house. She has a nest with eight eggs she is 'hatching', we cannot wait for the babies!!!

SE Arky, United States(Zone 8a)

Ooops, that would be a cat bird sitting on top of the hen house...

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

OK......................... lets add a 3rd category by popular posting. LOL. 3rd category = a beautiful sky with whatever else that is in it. LOL

I will use my 3 seeds for the prize, and grow some out from the next pod. Too be honest I have so many double/triple pinks now, a couple very special ones, it is not a hardship to pass them on.

These seeds are double pink X EP so I am hoping the babies even if they turn out to be single, will be beautiful dark pink.

Sherry, I have been wondering where you have been off too......... I have been watching American Idol faithfully.

Kell, I had a cuter photo on the Poultry & Livestock forum but I didn't know if it was appropriate to post the same photo twice. Mine surely not worthy anyway, but I am really crazy about the Bantams...

Well I must say there is a lot of wonderful photos being shared here.
I sure hope all is well Picabo/Betty... Sounds like your having terrible weather!!
I was going through photos trying to crop out the sky. Only have a few that looked ok.
This one was interesting I think it's A UFB
Unidentified Flying Brug.....LOL

Here is a partial pic (I cropped out the ppl...lol) of a sky just before sunset. I was standing in a group of bikers having my pic taken when I shot up my hand above the crowd to take a pic. The pic came out cockeyed but was kewl in my opinion because of the sky. Although it looks better when you see the whole thing....lol.

Oh Sheral. I never have much to contribute either but I sure do no let that stop me. LOL. Do not be shy!! We all are equal here, all here for fun and companionship. If you do not know much yet about growing brugs, you will after just 1 year of growing them. They are pretty easy and everyone shares their best pointers on here.

I can't believe the beautiful shots posted already. I just love looking at them all. I am afraid for Betty though, I say RUN BETTY RUN. That sky looks so ominous!!

Oh Janet, I hope your grandkids are OK!! You sound frazzled with good reason!

Sherry, you can post any photo of yours you want.

Here is part of the sky when I took a pic of my kids on one of the rides at cedar point.

Some beautiful photos here. Tomorrow i will have a pretty sky. No more stormy skys. The cloud in my picture created a tornado that took away three homes not far from here. Once they turn black with that yellow and red you know there is hail in them It dropped quarter size hail.

They are all great! picabo I can't imagine how frightening that must be, I guess we are lucky in that respect.

More moon shots! The same one with all the rainbows through the acacia tree a little later. Taken 11th December.

Taken 14th December, the moon above the Horse Chestnut tree in my back garden. The tree is quite large, possibly 50ft tall.

I could say I used technical methods for this shot, but it was just a good wobble! I had to show it because it reminds me of ET's glowing finger. There is purple and green speckles around the edges, likely ice particles. Taken on 16th February

From my bedroom window on scene shot, I hang out of the window with one foot on the outside window ledge, on on the window board inside. It's a low window but is upstairs!

It was a lovely sky, the sun setting to the left and throwing out streaks of colour as if brushed by an artist through the sky.

Taken 22nd March

Another from my bedroom window, the colours were so vibrant, cables in the way but too pretty to worry about that! 17th January

Thanks for changing the rules kell. I hope no-one minds me flooding with pics, but it's good to be able to just share them!

Some blue and whites, there was a really unusual cloud formation across to the south west, and a jet going over leaving a stream. Then a second jet went along the same route, and the streams started to drop from the bottom in 'blobs' rather than just dispersing. On 7th February

This was at the opposite side of the road with sunset last posted from 13th December. The moon looked like it was sitting in the tree.

Wow, so many great shots, it will be very difficult to say what is the best one!

I love those TX sky ones with all the vivid colors. My new SIL is from the Houston area.
