I have a comment about the material posted in Garden Watchdog. I wonder if you could suggest people not post complete email or mail correspondence with with a company? It gets unwieldy to read through these reviews. I think it would be better if people would just summarize what happened and give their feedback. Also I agree with a recent rebuttal by a vendor that the person writing the review complained about 4 year old plants ordered that had died and never contacted the company about the problem. Should this be allowed as valid feedback?
These are my 2 cents. I do enjoy checking GardenWatch Dog and seeing the new feedback that is posted daily. This is useful to see trends.

We do not and can not dictate to commentors on the Garden Watchdog how and what they should write, except that it must fall within the rules of our Acceptable Use Policy (link in the footer).
To step in and allow as valid those that fit our preferences would open us up to new legal battles that I'm interested in avoiding! :-)
best,
