It's good to be back to full speed again. Thanks Dave. I'm so used to just whipping right through the forums and when it was slow....I finally just gave up. This is great now. Thanks again. I know it took you some time to get this one fixed. I hope you are taking a much deserved weekend off.

you all might be, but i'm sure not. the past couple of days have been a nightmare, slow and sometimes losing posts and occasionally the server too. debi

I had a couple of slow sessions, but it seems to be doing well for me now.

Me too debi. I'm never sure if things will go through or not, and very slow moving around. I don't know if it is my server (dial-up) or DG, but I've had off and on problems for quite awhile. I keep trying though, hoping all gets where its supposed to be! I know it takes a lot of work to get all the bugs exterminated in a new setup so I'm not discouraged - I'm sure it will all get fixed. Dave and Co. have never let us down.

I just checked in to see if anyone else was having a problem but seems like it has cleared up for ya'll. It's still slow as Moses on my end.

Still slow here also Terri I guess they don't like us. Especially yesterday and the day before. Today isn't as bad.

Well I haven't been on that much but every time lately it is hit or miss. I have posted a couple of times and after waiting a couple of minutes, I get the page that says this page is unavailable. Oh, well. I'm sure it will get better soon.

Shoot, now it is hardly moving. Maybe Dave is working on it.

It's been slow here today, too.

Slow for me too. I thought maybe it was me again. We've had trouble off and on the last two weeks.

i can barely post tonight and i get that message about the page being unavailable too. when i submit this post, it will take a while to go through.

All last night my logs show that the server was working beautifully - no high loads at all. I'm not sure why you were experiencing slowdowns, trackinsand.

The new server hardware has arrived in my office and I'm currently installing Linux on it. I would like to bring it to Dallas later this week or else next week.

Well, I finally got this forum to load after some major slowness. I keep getting blank pages when loading a forum. This happened a couple times yesterday, but is happening constantly all of a sudden.

The site is intermittantly slow today with occasional time-outs.

Slow and getting a number of blank pages here.

Sure enough we had some pretty big slowdowns graphed today. See the attached graph.

The good news is that "king" is coming along quite well. Quite a database server! He should be ready for service early next week.

I am still intermittently slow loading pages here. Very unpredictable, but I remain undeterred! I like the graph too. Doesn't anyone else need a nap at 3 pm? What are you bothering Dave for at that hour?
