Coffee and...For Thursday, March 30, 2006 =^..^=
Good Morning! Slept like a log last night- didn't look at the clock until 5:30am - now that's a record. Feeling great too! Must be the sun I see peeking up.. Weather gal said shorts for sure today -I'm not holding my breath.
Got a busy day- going to the huff/puff, then meeting DIL for a visit to DGS school for an auction, then a 72 mile trip for a home interiors party...ugh on the last one. If I had someone to drive with it would be more fun, but the rest of the family are losers, so I am going by myself.
Now that the majority of my plants are out in the greenhouse, I need to trudge out there to take a peek at them. I miss them already not being in the house! Then I could gaze at them a zillion times a day. But all that sunshine will make them really take off!!
Well, not much new here this early in the morning, so off I go to do a little house pick up!
Something must be going around. I slept like a log last night too and the night before. Woke up this morning at 5:30 which is about my usual time but yesterday slept until DH's alarm went off at 6:00 and I might have even slept longer. Couldn't believe it. So much nicer than waking up at 1:30 and not being able to go back to sleep.
So glad you found your bank book Ann. It's so frustrating to lose something like that. I was in the Target store a couple of weeks ago and they had finally marked these glass vases down 75% that I had been eyeing for months. I wanted all four of them that they had. All the same color but a little different. I have transom windows in my living room that are way up high as we have 14 ft ceiling and though these would add just the color I was looking for. DH said if I liked them, buy them. But I'm cheap and 2 of them were $25 and 2 were $20 and I just didn't feel I could spend the money even though I'd been looking for something like that for over a year. Well, they finally marked them down and I was so excited. I was so worried the older guy who checked me out was going to break them but I got them home and they are perfect on the window. But 2 days later I went to charge something and my credit card was gone. I only have one so I noticed it right away. I had used it last at Target so I got right in there and sure enough they had found my card. They have one of those machines where the card goes completely in the verify the signature. The card came back out and I was so worried about my precious vases getting broke that I didn't pick it up. But the clerk had found it and it went to customer service but they only keep the card for one day and then they cut it in half and send it to headquarters. But at least it didn't get into the wrong hands and we didn't have to cancel or anything. I called in and got a new card and I'm going to be a whole lot more careful now no matter how excited I am about a purchase.
Cleaned the refrigerator yesterday. I feel like taking a picture and posting it. I feel like I've really accomplished something when I get something like that done. It was a mess. French dressing had spilled down the back and it might as well have been Elmer's Glue. What a mess. I finally had to boil water and pour it on a towel. After 6 or 7 tries I finally got it up. You couldn't see it and it didn't have a bad smell and for a while I considered just making it a permanent part of the frig!
Did a walk around the yard and everything is coming up. We had such a mild winter but it's still nice to see green coming through. Supposed to have severe weather this afternoon but it was also supposed to be sunny yesterday and that didn't happen so I'm not going to worry about it until the thunderstorms roll in, if they do.
Have a great day everyone.
Nancy
Good morning,
Kindermusik day today! But first, breakfast and Aquafit. Want to get a print of all those bell pics I took before the rehearsal this evening. Hopefully I can get something acceptable from my color printer though it's not really a photo printer.
Last night we had the first meeting of the committee to decide how to use the money at church. Only 5 showed up, but we talked about the process and opened the suggestion box. A number of interesting suggestions. We didn't take the time to read each one in detail, but divided them roughly into categories. Then several of us took a pile home to record. Will send the lists all back to one person to compile into a large list. We also agreed that the timing is not the best, coming at the same time that another committee is looking at the direction the whole church wants to go and defining what we want in a new minister - something that could likely bring up the very thorny issue of same sex marriages. In a sense, the church has been insulated from this type of issue for the last 19 years because the exising minister is so adroit at handling people that we all have our own ideas, but we all work together without acrimony. anyway, we all agreed that the direction we go with the money will be impacted by the the Joint Needs Action Committee (JNAC) decides. We meet again next week.
Have a good day everyone and I'll pop in later.
Ann
Hey where is everyone this morning?
Ann
We're here, Ann! Good morning! I slept well too, but was awakened by a nose-licking from my littlest monster, who decided he needed his breakfast at 5 am. He gave up, and cuddled in for another nap so I got another hour of sleep.
Sun's shining, and it's already warming up, so I asked DH to string up the clothes line and I'm hanging sheets outside in a few minutes. They are so much easier to fold up, rather than untangling them from the dryer tango where they come out in a big ball.
Happy B'day to Dcat, hope you are feeling much better and the muscle relaxers did their job. Tried calling you this morning, but no answer so you may have been out or catching up on a nap. I'll try again later.
Spotted two of the daylilies I got from Molly last year, peeking up out of the ground! Some of the big old iris are sprouting, and the little short ones are coming up too. I'm going to try putting those moonflower seeds I saved around the deck in back, they should do a good job of covering the icky lattice we use to disguise all the junk hidden under the deck. That, along with sweet potato vines hanging down from pots on the deck should make it look a lot better.
While I was spotting plants coming up, DH was looking at the weeds, and said he's tempted to put down black plastic over that flower bed because he's sick of pulling weeds. OK with me. I'm pretty sick of it too, especially since I can't do it for long without my back giving me grief. Like Robert, I'm on Naproxin twice a day, just to keep the ordinary bending and lifting tolerable.
And Robert, those pictures are perfect with the color you chose for the wall! Looks very elegant. Loved the photo of you with the cleaned up puppy! Was that Immy? What a sweetie. Hope the girls have worked out their differences by now. Sometimes it takes a while for them to figure out who is top dog, and then things settle down.
Kooger, tell Kandyce to take it easy or we'll get the 2X4 after her. This is too soon after major surgery to be putting stress on that back! And your MIL sounds like she is doing so well after her long ordeal! Must be a huge relief not to be worrying about her every day.
Welcome back Flower Child! It's so hard to catch up if you miss a few days, but we're glad to see you again. Samoa is integrating well, if she's gotten comfortable with coming out of hiding. It must be scary being in a whole new environment.
GG, it's so springy here today and the wind is coming from the SW, so I hope it's blowing up your way too. We will probably have rain tonight if the weather predictors are on target (HA!) but for now it's wonderful to have sunshine. I'm going to try to prune a few more rose bushes while I can.
Ann, maybe the bank book was taking a side trip for money laundering? Sorry, couldn't resist. Your yard looks promising, and by now, all the snow should be gone by the time you are home from Kindermusik. It's to gratifying to see things coming up after this miserable winter! Sounds like your successor is still postponing everything until he can dump it on someone else. It will catch up with him in the end, but as you said, it's no longer your problem! I think you've gone out of your way to reinforce his training, so he better get on the stick and start working.
Dmcd, too bad about the rug. I would have tossed it too, some things are not worth the work once they go through something like that. What do you think caused the diarrhea? I wonder if they go out and eat the fresh green stuff, and instead of upchucking, it goes in the other direction. Ewww.
Nice buy on the vases, Nannybee. I often wait for a bargain too, but sometimes the things I'm eyeing never go on sale. I've done pretty well with Holiday ornaments at Target, because they always have a huge price reduction after the season passes. Those mysterious refrigerator spills are a challenge!! Sort of makes you wonder what's in the dressing, and what does it do to your internal organs if it turns into petrified glop in the 'frig!!
Suzie, one of the many reasons I retired early was the frustration of sitting inside an office and seeing nice weather that I wasn't able to take advantage of. I had floor to ceiling windows behind my desk, and it just made me nuts to see everything turning green, and growing and my hands were stuck to a computer keyboard and the phone!!
Cindy the birds were so noisy here this morning, all the cats were at the windows trying to figure out how to get out there ...I'm watching for our shy bluebirds who should be nesting soon. They are so beautiful, and we get so excited when we see them. Any movement from the deck, or the yard, sends them flying for cover into the trees.
~~~ to tgif, Elaine, Darius, Ox, Sarv, Cindy, Maria, Dianne, 9Kitty, Pati, and if I've overlooked anyone, just chalk it up to CRS....have a great day, I'm off into the the sunshine and making sure the sheets haven't blown off the line...
Sheila
Hi!! I was out rejoicing in the sunshine, moving seelings out to the deck for a little fresh air!
I can't spend too much time inside since these days are way too rare and too nice. And there's so much to do now that the snow's gone (which I like to think of as nature's whiteout for the sins of the fall!!)
Good morning. I slept like the proverbial dead. Back is feeling much better. Had to eat something before I took my medicine. Sounds like most people have a sun shining on them. It is pretty here, but are predicting rain for later afternoon/evening.
DH is painting at the church this morning, and he called and asked me to come over and inspect the job, so M5 that is probably where I was. I will be here all day today, so call again.
I am tackling the paper monster who has decided to take up residence at my place. I also have that laundry one too, wonder if they may be cousins? Seems like they grow at about the same rate!!
Oz, you sound likea character. I promise I won't cross you intentionally. If something I say irks you, give me a chance to explain before writing me off!!
Wonder if Mary's company has moved in? She has been MIA since last week.
I ain't gonna try to even address anybody individually this morning. Gotta go get something accomplished, so I won't feel like the slug that I have become.
I will be back later.
FIRST HUMMER of the year. Actually, I suspect it is the second, as usually the male comes in a day or two ahead of the female. I probably missed sighting him and just spotted the female this morning.
The wisteria is humming with bees and the butterflies are all over the place. We got my Smoke tree planted this morning, so now we have the Newport Plum to get in the ground. I bought them last fall, but couldn't decide where I wanted to put them. Now they are both leafing out, and the plum is blooming. Gotta get that baby in the ground!
It has already gotten to 79 degrees with blus skies, light wispy clouds, and beautiful blue sky. Spring has finally arrived!
Morninn all! Finished putting up my little greenhouse thing last night. Need to get some longer/sturdier stakes or the wind will be taking it up up and away. I moved some seedlings out there this morning to soak up the warmth. Now I have to get the rest of the seeds in trays and get them going. Now that we are having this warm weather, my to do list for the weekend is getting way toooo long. I'll post a picture of the greenhouse if I can get the pictures to load. Need to get DBIL over this weekend.
I also slept well, just not long enough. Didn't go to bed until 11. I like to be in bed by 10 since we get up at 5:30. Woke up around 3:30 with a charley horse. Haven't had one of those in a long time. Hurt like @*#$!
Have lots of stuff popping up in the garden. I don't keep track of what bulbs I plant in the fall. Some stuff that's peeking up I won't be sure what they are until they bloom. Guess I should start keeping somewhat of a garden diary.
Sarv - Hope you have a good time at DGS School and at your party.
Nannybee - That sure is scarey losing the credit card. I know what you mean about gunk in the back of the fridge. Feels like you need a jackhammer to get it off. Mine is due for a really good cleaning also.
M5 - Love the smell of sheets fresh off the line,
Dmc - Enjoy that sunshine!
Defoe - glad your back is doing better.
~~~~~to everyone else. Have a good day!
defoe, glad the back feels better. Now DON'T over do using it for awhile.
That paper monster definitely has a relative who lives here. Thought I might get him under control when I retired and got rid of one of his legs, but he seems to have grown more.
Sheila, doubt if all the snow will be gone, but it IS supposed to be quite warm tomorrow. Rain, I think for Saturday. Not too much, I hope. One young gal who used to be in my bell choir and whose mother still is, is getting married on Saturday afternoon. I intend to sit in on the ceremony, though I'm not close enough to have been invited to the parties. But it would be nice if it didn't rain for her.
Might get a chance to start getting the oak leaves and garden mulch out of the front garden tomorrow or Saturday though. Have two garbage cans full of kitchen waste compost that I'll have to figure out how to get dumped onto the compost piles. We keep them in the porch in the winter as it's too difficult to keep a path shovelled to the compost piles in the corner of the yard. DH won't be up to lifting anything like that for a few months.
More later.
Ann
Darius and Sarv neither of you wanted to chat with me on chat :-(
SuzieQ, get some tablets of the combo calcium, magnesiun and POTASSIUM. Harder to find but worth the effort. Helps prevent my leg cramps & charley horse a LOT. I order mine online from Vita Cost
Maria, I was only in chat a few minutes, didn't see YOU! : )
Woohoo, sheets are dry and folded already! Going back out to prune some more and pick up lots of broken branches and twigs from the BW trees. What a glorious day!
Darius, that is what is so funny, I was # 0 then you came on and left after saying hi to you and Sarv too, right after that both of you left, so strange!
Maria, no slight intended, just didn't see you.
Hi everyone!
Well, it's much to pretty to be in the house today, so I'm just dropping by to wave to everyone before I grab a bite, then run back out. Everything is looking so pretty. I have cilantro, basil, thyme, oregano, marjarum, italian flat leaf parsley, lemon balm, spearmint, chocolate mint, rosemary (which the needles are falling off of) and a lavender but can't remember which one ... just to name a few of the herbs!! Maybe this week-end I can get a pic. I just love this time of year!~~~
... Elaine
GM everyone!
For me, it's a great morning. I'm done with ACLS for the next two years! YAY!!!! I had to re-certify myself and then had two more days of instructing the renewers and the newbies. I usually teach the cardiac meds for the newbies, then I take one of the testing stations for the renewers. Oy vey, I'm thinking this will be my last time as an instructor. It takes so much out of me any more. I'm just getting too old to have to put in as much time preparing for the two day onslaught as well as handle a code station and teach meds. I teach the classes 3 times a year, but I'm thinking this is it. I'm done. Besides, this all interferes with my gardening and takes me away from other things I prefer doing. It's time for the younger ones who have the energy and stamina to take over. I'll just keep my own certification current and let the rest go.
DH was so nice to me yesterday. After getting done with ACLS, he went to the Thai restaurant and bought dinner for us and Mum so I didn't have to cook. Since Wednesday evenings are set aside to take supper to her. She got her "Sizzling Duck" which she adores and she was happier than stink to get it. While we were waiting for our order to be completed, he took me to the nursery and we bought a grunch of flowers and starts so I've got my work cut out for me this morning in getting them potted up. I'm putting together some planters and rail hangers for Mum. She loves to sit on her deck and get some sun as well as putter back and forth with watering the flowers. I've already got some tulips and primroses and hyacinths coming up for her, one of the tulips actually bloomed two days ago. I have a small watering can and mixed up Miracle Grow in a deck cabinet all set up for her so she can putter. DH built her a small potting bench two years ago that she can sit in front of and pot up her own things as well, so we bought her some fuchsia starts so she can stick them in pots and DH will hang them from the eaves this weekend while I'm at work. You know, for 95, she's still going fairly strong and getting her flowers and spring plantings going just gives her such pleasure. I'm grateful we can still accommodate her like this.
The Comfort Keeper gal who was at the house yesterday told me when she arrived to make Mum her luncheon and fix her tea she found Mum on the deck with her feet propped up on the footstool. She had her little hat on, the fit over sunglasses and her shrug around her shoulders and she looked like Helen Hayes. I had to laugh, I told her that's exactly how I always view my Mum and I hope as I age, I can be just like her.
Well, enough messing about. It's time I put on my sweats and head out the door and get these beautiful flowers potted up. I'm just tickled pink and I'm so happy DH is so thoughtful and does so much for me and my family. He's the best and I can't imagine my life without him. You really know a man loves you when he does such sweet things for you and it's totally unsolicited.
I bid each of you a wonderful day and I send my hopes for happiness like I have in your own lives.
Blessings on all.....~Babs~
Hello everyone. I'm glad you all are having a good day and nice weather. It's been beautiful here today too.
We didn't have a very good morning though. We all overslept and today is picture today at school, so had to get the kids ready for that in a rush and DH drove them to school. They were late, but looked pretty good for their pictures.
While DH was gone to the school, our dog Percy had a seizure so we rushed him to the vet. He has heartworms and we have the treatment scheduled for this coming Monday, so they think the seizure was a result of the heartworms. The poor guy has had it rough. We got him this past November from my cousin who didn't want him anymore, and she had only had him for less than a year. When we went to pick him up he was chained in her backyard in the dirt and mud with a really short chain and a ramshackled old doghouse that wouldn't have kept out the cold. He's pretty old, around 8 to 10 years the vet thinks. He has a tattoo in his ear and the vet said that he was probably part of a puppy mill at one time and that was how they kept track of which dog he was. He's a pug, so he has the bug eyes and one of them was injured at some point and is partially missing. He also has a yeast infection in his ears and his nose creases. He's a very good dog, though, and we love him, so we are doing everything we can to nurse him back to health. He is still having the treatment on Monday for the heartworms, but now they are doing an extended treatment where he gets one shot Monday, stays there for a week, comes home for a week, then goes back and gets two shots and stays for another week. Then he has follow ups for six weeks afterwards. Everybody please pray that he will pull through and survive the treatment. I'm really worried about him making it because I know it's really hard on them, but the alternative is way worse. He got a prednisone shot today to help strengthen his lungs and they gave us the antibiotics to get those started also so he will be better able to fight off pneumonia when the worms move to his lungs.
Also something to share with everyone. If any of you are relatively close to Paris, Illinois, there is a garden center there called Barkley Farms Nurseries that is having a Perennial Garden Party on June 3rd. It is well worth the drive to go to. They have lectures and garden tours on that day and the place is just beautiful. If you're interested the website is www.barkleyfarms.com If anybody thinks they might try to go, let me know and we can meet there!
Hi everyone. Just stopping in for a minute - then I'm off to the home interior party!! Went to DGS auction today - took 2 hrs and he came home with a trash bag full of stuff - what a lot of toys etc. They even had a ton left over... then as a treat DIL, DGS and I went and had snicker pie!! Oh it was to die for!!!
Maria - I am sorry, I didn't see you in chat - nor did I see Darius... I wasn't in very long as I had to leave to huff/puff etc. HELLO to both of you!!!
Storm, high winds etc are coming tonight- hope the greenhouse remains upright- especially not that it has all my plants in it!!
gotta bamboose..take care all
Hello again. Our company left about an hour ago to drive about 7 hours home. I'm tired from all the activity on top of my endurance ride weekend, but at least my sore muscles are mostly comfortable again.
I thought I got caught up reading all the threads for almost a week, but have a feeling I missed a lot in the process, and never did find out what Samson did that was naughty. I got the impression that Maria got hurt but am not going back over all those days again, so somebody tell me, please.
FlowerChild, your poor dog! We don't have heartworms out here in the west for some reason. The treatment he is getting sounds about as serious as the alternative. Why do they keep him for a week after the first shot, then let him go home for a week, then give another shot and keep him again? They must expect a horrible reaction to the shots. And this doesn't kill the worms? Just makes them move and causes him to get pneumonia? It sounds horrible.
Babs, you need to slow down and enjoy life a little more.
Beautiful leaded glass window, TGIF, (Ginny right?). I have some glass, some tools, a few patterns and haven't worked on any SG in about 15 years. It's on my "get back to it someday" list.
Today I had a few sweet violets in bloom and a few crocus. A few of the daffodills have flower heads but not ready to open until we get some warmer days.
Got to go out and feed the horses before dark. ~~~~ to everybody I missed. Back later unless I just go to bed really early, hmmm, that sounds like a great idea.
Bevels..... oh TGIF ..... I love bevels - they are so sophisticated looking.What's that popping out behind them?
What a glorious day ---- I had to work for most of it but did get out with the pups before and after work. Not too hard when you get up at 5 am every morning. Born and raised on a dairy farm will always get up early - it never leaves you.When I was in university and lived in residence others either hated or loved me. For those who went to bed around 10 pm. I was a misery for those who chased the clock I was loved - always coffee made and some thing to chase the hair of the dog plus food to go in their overindulged alcoholed stomach.
Ann, so glad you found you passbook. No, I have never done a window to fruition in Ottawa, too much paperwork, synod approval and whatever to get it done. Nearest windows I have to Ottawa are in the United church in Cloyne and I have 6 there. Do you all know that in order to have a church window in a larger town/city the church must put plexiglass in front of the window or the insurance is void?
Oh Flowerchild my heart goes out to your and you pal. Just know that we are all here for you both during this grueling teatment.
Sarv - is there any party that is worth driving 72mi one way?I did get that right, didn't I?
Well must push off - have 16 people coming for dinner on SAt. night and I have to work 8- 5. Guess the April Fools's is on me as Sarv has already suggested.
OKay gotta figure out how far Paris llinois is from Verona. Paris, Ont is about a 3 hour drive.There seems to be much more "Open Houses" in nurseries south of the border than here in Canada - or at least in my little pocket of Ontario.
Have a great evening all ~~~~~~ Waving frantically at you all.... so glad 101 you asked about this style. If I do it in cappital letters does it mean I am waving very hard?
Dianne
Hi all,
I've been just too tired the last couple of nights to post anything. I've kept up with reading all of your posts, but please don't ask me to comment on anything specific! Sigh. My memory just isn't up to the job. Even when I remember something, I'm afraid that I'll attribute it to the wrong person.
I DO remember the missing passbook and am very glad that it showed up, V-ann.
Flowerchild, good luck with the poor dog. I hope he comes through with flying colors ( and the same goes for the poor little "foster cat" someone else here is helping.)
D'cat, please give your back time to heal before you decide to put more strain on it! Sounds like you should have followed that "no cooking" prescription after all.
DH put up a couple of shelves for me a couple of days ago. (That, of course, involved him knocking down a pre-existing shelf with attached grow-lights, taking out three major branches of my rosemary plant thereby, and his tripping over and into a bag full of seed starting mix and scattering the contents over the floor). Hopefully, the seedlings I've already started will benefit from the lights. I hope to start the tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants this weekend.
I spent a good part of the day at work trying to add to my website, but got one bit in the navigation wrong somehow, and spent the rest of the day trying to fix it, page by page. What fun!
It's getting late again as I try to figure what to type here. There's no way I'm going to remember what's happening with everyone, so I'll just wish you all the best of nights and wonderful tomorrows.
E. McCool
Back again. The weather was gorgeous today, but I behaved and stayed inside, so that I wouldn't be tempted to start work and cause the back to act up again.
Mary Welcome back. Missed you. So you are company free, hope that you enjoyed it.
Flowerchild, sorry to hear about your pal having to undergo the heartworm treatment. Will have you in my thoughts. Sounds like the fellow has led a pretty miserable life. Hope that you give him/her tons of love.
Sarv, I hope that this party is being give by a good friend/relative, as I don't think I would drive that far to go to it!!
Kidneyguy, I was raised on a farm too, and rising early is just one of the things that you did. I guess to get to the work before the sun warmed up too much. I still have the tendency to wake early, but most mornings,I try to take another snooze!!
nannybee, cleaning the fridge ranks right up there with cleaning the cobwebs, a job I hate. Sometimes, I find stuff in my fridge that I swear I didn't put there, but maybe it is so old I don't recognize it.
Viann, thanks for the well wishes. Don't envy your position on that committee at church. Hope it is a harmonious group that is working on it. On the garbage cans, I would hire a husky teen age boy to move them!!
M5, clean sheets from the outdoors, nothing smells better. Enjoyed our chat today!!
dmc, I would have thrown the rug out too. Did your plants enjoy being out today?
tgif, The first Hummer, I guess, I better get my feeders out and ready. Just love to watch them.
susieq, Hope the greenhouse stays anchored. I have some asiatic lilies coming up, this year. Planted them last year, and they didn't come up. So will be watching them closely.
Maria, I know that Sarv and Darius meant no slight to you. ~~~~ to you.
101 are you too busy typing or playing outside? Sounds like your plants are doing well.
Babs, so glad that you and DH are helping mum to be able to enjoy her "garden" She must get much joy from it. And can I borrow DH for a day or two, I could use some nice deeds like his. So thoughtful.
Well, I am going to check out some other forums, so will be back later.
McCool, we posted at the same time. Glad to hear DH is motivated to put up some shelves, and I had to chuckle at his mishap, hope if you were around, that you stiffled your giggles sufficiently. I have a twisted sense of humor, so I laugh first, then see if anyone is in need of medical assistance. Even when I fall, usually I have to have a good laugh before I can even get up.
Hi to everyone
Dianne~ got a big laugh from your wave. Thank you very much. So sweet for you to remember that I asked about the symbol so far back. I've had fun with that one
Mary~ glad you finally got to come back to coffee. You've been missed, but I know you've been having fun with your company. Hmmm, I like company but have to confess ... I like my 2 day matress, also! LOL
Sarv~ sure hope you're having fun at your home interior party!! How about seeing if they have a lighthouse of some sort. ;)
Flowerchild, I'm so so sorry to hear about your poor furbaby. That's so hard to watch them suffer like that. I'll be praying he pulls through the treatment okay. My MIL took in a stray and had her treated for heart worms. Little girl did just fine and lived for quite a few years.
Defoe, hope you and your back are doing okay tonight.
Well, I worked outside a lot today as my typing was canceled. The case won't be going to court. :-( ... but that gave me more time for my garden. :-)
Babs, that was so sweet of your DH to pick up the supper so you wouldn't have to worry about your Mum last night. I know how much you enjoy fixing for her, but sounds like you've had your hands full. He's a gem like mine. ;)
Meezers, you never found your coffee? Oh, that new dish washer sure sounds like a dream. I'll have to check into that brand when I'm in the market for one.
Ann, so glad you found your bank book. It worries me to no end when I lay something down and can't put my hands on it.
Hi Maria~ I didn't know you were growing tomatoes. Saw you in the tomato forum the other day. You'll have to tell me what you're planting!
Well, to those I've missed, I'm waving at you also ~~~. Hope everyone has a good night's sleep.
... Elaine
I have the daily ready at
http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/587504/
I had a strange day, maybe I will share with you all tomorrow, I am kind of tired right now.
Hope you all have a great night.
