This is the correct spelling this time...it's telling her"paid subscribers only" she paid already last month and hasn't been on here in awhile...should she e-mail you or call you?Thanks again...

Terry I thought it was straighted out in your e-mail to her...I just found out from her...your e-mail might have been deleted if it came as spam...since she deleted her e-mails today...sorry to bug you guys again...can you please e-mail her again...Thanks a bunch :-)

Okay, here's the deal - if you can correspond with her, and relay this to her that would be great.

She has two usernames: "Rose_petalzz" (under which she is subscribed), and "Rosepetals", an older name that she signed in under today (which is not subscribed.)

I just sent a password prompt to her personal inbox (not dmail) for "Rose_petalzz" in the hopes she'll see it and re-log in with that name.

I also sent a dmail to her as "Rosepetals", so if she goes to her DG Home tab, she'll get enough information to know she needs to sign out and login under the other name.

My guess is that the email address associated with Rosepetals is no longer working, so my reply to her helpdesk note this morning went into cyberspace's never-never-land.

(Confused? Welcome to my world! This is pretty typical of the types of issues we deal with on a daily basis ;o)

I had a strange occurence last night where I tried to follow a link in a thread to another DG thread. There I was told that I needed to be a member to view the rest of the thread. I logged in again and then things began to work, although afterward I had DG open in several tabs of FoxFire.
