I was trying to enter a seller and give a feedback rating, but it won't let me do anything but add what kind of stuff they sell. How do I give them a rating?

When you submit a new vendor to the Watchdog, you have to wait for their entry to be approved. (If we're talking about the same vendor, you have a message from me, with some questions ;o)

Once they're approved, you'll get a dmail letting you know they're in the Watchdog, and you can then leave feedback for them.
