First Bloom And they have lot's of yellow I am trying to capture. It's needing transplant bad and will get it today send new pots are soaking in bleach all night in bathtub !

Hundreds of new pots have been soaking in hot water and bleach all night ! Thanks goodness I have loads of transplanting to do. Lot's of work to get plants ready to go to new homes !

Starting up blooming again ! It's a;sp going in either a 5 or 6 inch pot as the roots are coming out all over in the 4 inch pot.

One of my favorite Hybridizers and Vintage plants. All my babies were almost all yellow but they have greened up a lot :((
It has tons of first blossoms coming up. I took it and put it under a lamp and natural light so the large buds can come out from hiding under the foliage !

I love your plants! I always enjoy your pictures. i can see how this can turn into an obsession lol. can't wait for my first leaves to make babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder if anyone else has started off with leaves never owning a african violet before? I will definetly be proud of them just hope i do everything right!

Jan it really shows a lot of Yellow but Yellow and pink is hard for me to capture. And when I saw those Yellow Stripes shining at me this morning I was in Heaven !
Absolutely beautiful. I love the stripes of yellow. I have golden thread. I will take pictures tomorrow. The lights are out for the night. The pink wasp is wonderful. Maybe on the next trip to Violet Gallery I will look for a wasp. Don't have one and they are beautiful. I really like the pink.
Thanks Nanna ! I have Golden Thread too. I have grown it for years it's a wonderful Av. I'm sure I'll send this one to someone ! I sent last one I think to April with a Golden Spirit she wanted some yellows. I also like the yellow glows :))

Ali, that one I brought by 'Golden Thread Sport' had yellow striped white flowers too. (or who ever it is, but may be mis marked) I think I left you leaves of the Golden Thread too? Can't recall.

Each morning I look at Silver Wings glistening in the morning sunshine, more flowers opened I can hardly beleive it myself. The flowers are so unique they almost don't look like African violet flowers. It surley is a Blessing getting to see them each morning :))

Did you get your leaves put down? I ran out of steam. Got about half my plants potted up. Still have leaves of Begonias to put down. Had to nap a bit today, and as you know, I'm not one to nap much. BUT it's catching up with me. =º)

I finaly got my leaves down, begonias down, some trans-planting until Survior came on :)) I love totaly love the dixie cups you got me ! I can't thank you enough.
One box the box from Florida pots came yesterday. They soaked all night in bleach and tide. Works great ! Good thing I have so many trans-planting to do.
Oh you know the $20,00 Bells O Ireland were selling for. Mine have sukered so much I had two plants from leaf now have a dozen growing. lol So don't anyone be buying one.
I ordered from two company pots last Friday about 5 am. Both I told I needed ASP. One I even paid extra for fast shipping. Oh Laurie I was not getting them on the 9th. they were shipping on the 9th. Even after I told them I was paying extra for ASP shipping. Ordered on the third. Today they wrote me after writing them I told them I wanted a refund off fast shipping... They claim thy were out of stock, busy...
They are 2 nd. air my box . And refunded the shipping difference.
And their pots have gone up and are three times as much( as the other company only I can only get 2 inch, 1 3/4 inch, 3 inch, 4,5,6 pan pots and larger but their so cheap I may only use these sizes from now on lol ) and I let them know , but I expect good customer service if their going to put their prices up and three x's as much even more.
