no header mozilla/firefox -good in IE

Dave,
Still no header in Mozilla/Firefox. Tried holding down shift key and hitting refresh key ,no improvement.Went to IE and the header is just fine.So I figure it's a M/F issue,went to their support page and can't seem to get a handle on the problem and just wondering if you have heard of this .I'll just use IE until I can figure it out or find a fix.

Try clearing all your history and cookies in Mozilla/Firefox. In the past, I've had problems with their browser getting caught on a bad page, and not letting it go for a day or so. (Since I downloaded a newer release, I haven't had that problem.)
