website not responding?

Twice today, i've hit the send button, took forever for the blue bar to complete and the next page said "website not responding, please hit reload". well i did and it led to a double post.
Second time, (got smart after the first time, lol), i got the same website not responding, hit the back arrow, copied what i had written, went to the thread through a different route and my post was there.....
bug or me?

It's a bug, not you. Has happened to me today too, but I've learned after having it happen consistently over the last several weeks not to hit reload.
