I see some great changes going on here at DG! I'm just wondering if there is room for a Northwest Gardening Forum. This typically is Oregon, Washington & British Columbia. My area within Canada has far less to do with Canadian Gardening than say a Seattle or Portland garden.

I see you're 3 zones lower than me. Growing zones are far more important than political zones. Alaska & Northern BC are Northern Westcoast. That's the term my cousin refers to as she lives there. You could have forums for each state and each province and I guess that would satisfy your "splitter" approach. For the sake of DG it makes more sense to put like-climates together.
