Whats going on with the board?

When I go to a forum then click out of the thread I am reading, the menu comes up with just names of the forums and stars beside it. Its so annoying its driving me nuts.
Well yeah I may be nuts but I don't need any help in making me nuttier. LOL
Is anyone else seeing this?

OK now I know I'm not crazy, my whole board has changed to the words with the stars beside it.
And one of the areas is call the back porch, thats what general discussions is under.
Whats going on?
