Skip New not always working since changes this morning...

this evening, i wrote them down as i checked them, 10 updated forums in all, and only one where the Skip New didn't work. it was "we did it..." thread by justmelisa in the Farm Life Forum. it skipped the post by big_red [i think] about pelnty of room in Kentucky for people like Horseshoe.

i will continue to keep notes and update it here. earlier today it was more like half of the forums where it didn't work right.

[just you wait, Shoe has some kind of "radar" when his name is mentioned, he suddenly shows up!]

OK, Dave, so now this time i had four updated threads [everyone's in the chatroom]. One did not work, it was "What is your favorite saying/homily/proverb" in the General Discusion thread, started by Persevere1 i think.

other three worked just fine....


HEY, anyone having these problems, it would be helpful to Dave to post details here! Just think, we've got company coming, and we want everything spic and span!!!

OK, now with two updated threads, one worked, one didn't: SAHM wnating adult conversation in Paretning Forum

The thread that did not work for me was the same one that Tamera had trouble with in Farm Life about Lisa's property.

Skip to new went all the way to the end and the text box.

ooops, i came back to this thread, hit skip to new [just for fun], and it skipped TO my last post, instead of past it, never had that happen before.


but i came back to say that the SAHM thread skipped correctly...

OK, cool, it skipped past my post here this time...

so far, so good, skipped to a post at 8:41...

whatever you did, musta worked. i'll give you an update tomorrow.

oooopsey! "we did it..." thread by justmelisa in Farm Life is not skipping at all. i get "error on Page" down at bottom after it attempts to go to "565278/#new"

came to add, same error when i click "post reply". oculd be my error, appears page didn't completely load, only goes down to Jan 1st post by lisa... hitting refresh button now... OK, so now all appears well. it skipped the one new post when i clicked skip to new, but that could be because i have already "been there" as far as it's concnerned... hope this was my computer error, we'll see. i will just let you know if it happens again....

Mine has been fine except for that one time.
