How many members for the new year?

The new year is drawing near. How many members do you think we will have for the new year?At the moment we have 194,710 and that could change before I get this post finished. You think we will make 196,000 or more before tomorrow night?

Hmmmm....I think we'll have 195,150.

It just occurred to me that 200,000 isn't that far off either. Dea, you'd better give Dave a nudge so he can be thinking about how to outdo his last milestone celebration.

We are just leaving our office, but I gotta say, those fireworks were memorable !!

Ok, 2 questions, lol. Where do you go to see how many members there are, and how many of those members are subscribers?

You can click on MemberList at the top to see how many there are, but I don't know how to tell how many are subscribers.

If membership were 50 or 50,000,000 I would still be grateful to have this place to come to learn, be inspired, chat with friends, and marvel at the diversity and peaceful nature of this place. I just received my Select Seeds catalog and they are advertising that they are a Garden Watchdog top 30 company. DG is real evidence that there is power in kindness.

Well, you didn't ask, and I don't even have that information. I'd say that "most" people renew. It's hard to gauge that, though.

Sniff, Sniff. I'm having some issues, and can't refresh, will someone please post on the 200,000th member thread in general discussion when it's getting close? I'll keep checking that one. I'm not getting updates to my watched threads, my fun random picture is stuck, and I still see 199,725 members. I've changed computers and done all the refresh tricks, and I'm afraid I'm going to miss the big event.

The only thing I can do at this point is post and read.
