Posting error

I'm not sure what this means but when posting a photo earlier today I got the following error message:

Database error: Invalid SQL:
MySQL Error: 1062 (Duplicate entry '1946273' for key 1)
Session halted.

My photo finally did post after a few minutes but I was not sure if this was something that needed looking into.
