Hi, Dave - Looks like you have some great content up already. Good for you!

You might want to tweak your logo a bit since the text is too tiny to read in it as it appears in the upper left. Also, rather than resizing what is actually a large image, you might want to make a separate thumbnail-size for that spot so it loads more quickly.
