Actually they are Oyama pots that I put in a window box :)
I just buried the Oyama pot in sand that I put in the window box..if that makes any sense

Your little minis are so cute. I have never used those pots those given one as a gift to try and I am sorry I don't know what I did with it. I do know lots of people that use them. I see you like them ! Have you been using them a long time ? How do you feel about them. Have you fount an inexpensive places to buy them as they can get costly.

I buy them on ebay.
I like them well enough though you have to watch the amount of moisture. I do not keep them full at all times.
I prefer them for the minis but I don't really use them much for my standards..those are usually wicked :)
Jungleliz on ebay sells them pretty cheaply though.

WOW so many pretties. Your little pots are cute. I bought three different Turtles like yours and couple have the big head big shoes. Well I gave a couple to my sister she loves Turtles. And gave on to one of my nurses as her last name is Tutle. It had a plant in it it died. But all the plant I give them die. lol Except the one my nurse keeps at the office in a window where other plants from me to other people are doing good :)) I need find a pig for her she loves pigs. I bought her a bunches of pigs things. I bought a pig planted and put Faded Jade Epsica wicked in it and it's growing wild in the office window !

I just checked the picture of Deer Path on the photo at the avsa and it looks exactly like mine. Dark Green pointed leaves with red reverse and double bell light pink blossoms.

Ok ladies...Dmail me the list and either plantlet of leaves is fine with me..it all depends on how much of a hurry you are in :) I don't have any plantlets started at the moment
Deer Path by J. Gehr is it blooms true it is a fantasy bloom. One time a guy bought three from me as they were blooming true and like
any fantasy Av it's hard sometimes to get true blooming ones. Itshould be " Double ivory bell / blue fantasy "
One picture on FC from AVSA has the db ivory bell flowers but I see no fantasy but maybe it's the picture >
The other picture if full plant far away loks like it could be the iory with blue fantasy :))
Now Deer trail is an orchid but almost looks pick.
Deer path in FC says dark green , plain. Now if someone was showing the plant if it did not apear lif FC desription it was lose many points or not be allowed in show. I'll have to go look at AVS
Oh Nanna I went to AVSA ")) Were you looking at Deer Trail ! ?? Neither one Deer Path nor Deer Trail has double pink bells ?I got lost Deer Path is to the left of it . The Deer Trail is the same photo as in First Class.

If you go back you will see both Deer Path and Deer Trail ! I've had them both so when you said that I had to go check it out . AVSA has had mistaken photo's before.

To Lorry and everyone with pictures: It is your duty to populate Plant Files so that we AV enthusiasts don't look Like ninnies compared to other genera like Lilium, Dahlia, and Hemerocallis. Many people could get sucked into Saintpaulia if only they had proper exposure to what is really available. After all, second to Poinsettia (seasonal) AVs are the most popular houseplant!
I could have care less about AVs until I saw 'Rebel's Splatter Kake.' That tritone speckle knocked me flat, and I didn't know that AVs had that.

Here is Deer Path from the AVSA Photos.
Mine looks just like this. To me the blooms look light pink and the leaves are dark green, pointed and the underneath is the same color as the leaf stems you see in the photo.

As I looked closely I could see a very slight fantasy marking on some of the blooms. My plant is still very young. I will check it out and keep you informed.

Oh Ok I was wondering what you were looking at sorry. Just shows a picture dose not show true colors. Plus lot's of times fantasys do not
bloom true They are so unstable.
I could not figure what you were looking at ? Now I get it. I am so happy I have FC . I use it everyday !! Not to mention the thousands
of photos !!!
