Cottage Garden forum?

Silver Lake, OH(Zone 5b)

I am hoping to create a cottage garden and wondered if there would be anyone else interested in sharing ideas, pics, garden plans, etc. with that in mind.

Would a Cottage Garden forum make sense for DG?

Just wondering...

God bless,

Janie,

In my mind, I don't think that we should restrict the Cottage Garden to only one place. The reason is, the cottage garden has so many varieties of plants, many people could benefit from the information.

Iknow that there are many people (myself included) who lean toward the cottage garden look, so feel free to post any information, or questions on a variety of the boards: annual, perennials, garden talk, photos all come to mind.

As this is my fist attempt, my gardens aren't filled out nicely, but I'll be happy to jump right in with you, as I'm sure others will.

I have to agree. too many forums leaves not enough time to go round them all. I think it's getting like that already. but who am I to complain? maybe I work too much, garden too much and spend time sunning myself in the evenings.roll on the winter so I can see my snowdrops again.

I love cottage gardens and lean toward them, more than I realized'With my different growing conditions though, traditional plants can't make it' So I improvise with ones that will perform' Trish,I agree''Thanks for broaching the subject'' Sis''Z5(NE KS.)

Hello All!

I'm new to Dave's Garden, and am thrilled with the connections. I too am interested in cottage gardening. What I need most is inspiration! Please, what are your favorite parts of cottage gardening, plants, tips, tricks, techniques, etc??
