How do I copy a trade item from plants to seeds?

It takes a few clicks, but works like a charm. In your list by category, click on the category where the plant is located, i.e. 'annual' if the plant you want to change is an annual. When 'Annuals' opens, find the plant and under the column 'Actions', click 'Move'. It will then take you back to your starting Category list, where you can scroll down to 'Seeds' and click on the category 'Annuals'. It will add take it out of your Plant 'Annuals' and put it in your Seeds 'Annuals'. You then have some choices in which to view your change.

If you want to copy it, clone it first. Then move the clone into your plants category. This is the only way I know of copying in trades.

Oops, you're absolutely correct echoes, eyes raced right over 'copy'. So, after you locate the one you want to copy, click in the 'Actions' column, click 'View' and at the bottom of your entry, in the list of things to do with the entry, click 'Clone', submit it and then choose, 'Go to the parent category'. You'll see 2 entries for the item and then continue with the same action as I described above to move it where you want. Sorry about that little faux pas.
