How to add my photo to the Member's Photo's page?

Can anyone tell me how to do this? I can see all the member photos but I don't see how to add mine.

Those photos are pulled from the member profiles. If you add a pic via your My Info Page/Preferences http://davesgarden.com/prefs/memberpic.php , it will show up in the Member's Photos page.
