I love the plant files as it helps me identify some of my unnamed beauties. I was wondering if we could start adding a picture of what the seed looks like for that particular plant. I know there is a 'seed site' [ http://theseedsite.co.uk ] , but it would be nice for everything to be in one place; picture of seed and what it grows up to be?

What does everyone think??

Many of the entries in PF already have seed photos. I do agree this is a good idea, however, and that we need to add more such entries.

We strongly encourage people to add photos of seeds and seedpods to PlantFiles along with other plant part images, while blooms make pretty pictures as well as being useful they only tell one part of a larger story.

This is a good season for many of us to be taking these kind of photos so if anyone needs any help in adding images to PlantFiles, please just ask :)
