Viewing the entries to the photo contest

How does one view the current entries - or is this not possible until the contest has closed?

Once Dave has closed the entry period (as I recall it lasts for several weeks), then he will announce that the voting period has started and you will be able to see all the entries. As I recall the voting period also lasted several weeks.

At any time during the entry period, you can view your own entries, edit them, delete them, add additional entries.

This is to be fair for all entries. Those that are uploaded today will have longer on the boards than those uploaded in a week or so. Holding off the viewing makes it equal for all entries...they have exactly the same amount of time to be judged.

Dave has fine-honed this contest over the years and this method really gives equal status to each image.

Being this my first year on DG I have looked at past contest. I was at best a bit mixed up with how this was too work and you have explained it well.
I'm excited to share as well as see plants and planting I will most likely want for next year.
