DAVE .. A request/suggestion - # 2 of 2

NW Qtr, AR(Zone 6a)

.. Perhaps more akin to a 'nudge' .. I suppose ..

I've long enjoyed takin' a gander at the member photos posted in the DG member photo album.

However, I've noticed that there are quite a few .. that appear to be 'corrupt' images - as [they] aren't displaying correctly as the 'thumbnail' image nor when 'enlarged'.

Therefore, I'm merely suggesting .. that our members, perhaps .. could/would take the time to make the corrections to the corrupt image files .. AND, to perhaps give consideration to updating their photos.

We've got a DG member photo album? I've gotta start looking around the Garden a bit more. That sounds like a great feature, Magpye, and worth some updating.

Weez, look under the extras tab at the top of your DG home page...

I didn't know there was a member photo page but just checked it out. Wondering if the slide show would work for that feature as well?

By the way, Gardenwife, if you see this thread, just want to say the picture of you and Howie is the sweetest I've ever seen!

Also, DAVE .. any chance that this request could perhaps be kept up top ('sticky' -?) .. for a wee spell .. merely to bring such to the members attention - ?

I don't think there's a chance for that. Ideas compete with each other a level playing field in this forum.

Just saw this thread -- thank you, Trunnels! :) My mom shot that and it pretty much sums up Howie and me.

... I'd like to state ...

How very nice, it truly is .. to see that quite a few folks have opted to update and/or add their photos .. to the DG Member Photo Album!

C'mon folks .. Any of you, that may have been procrastinating .. along with [our] 'newbie' peoples. Please, give further consideration to doin' so -?-

And yeppers, one can certainly understand and appreciate the fact .. that some folks jes simply don't desire to.
Jes no harm in the nudgin' ...

I, for one, very much appreciate your doing so ... Most assuredly, many others shall and do also ..

Many thanks folks ...
